great challenge, thanks! My son Don was visiting the Chicago area for residency interviews last winter, and visited the Albanese gummy bear factory- got the "oops" 5 lb. bag of gummies for his sister Katherine for Christmas- she loved the gift! For my card, I used a cute candy and jars stamp set, propping up my gummy bear jar with foam dimensional dots. Framed the central panel, adding my own magenta stripes. Did a double bow treatment for the upper left corner. Here's Katherine's gummy bears and inside card

While visiting my good friend Detelinka in Vancouver Washington over the Easter weekend- I got this terrific maple leaf quilt block pattern- over 50 pieces were sewn for the leaf alone- so I top stitched the entire block, done in batik fabrics for the most part from my stash. As for my card, the butterfly is done in blue card stock and die cut vellum, I fussy cut a stamped daisy with a branch, and for texture, an orange eyelet lower horizontal border with a green vegetable bag mesh overlay. Here's butterfly and daisy

I really hope I get a chance to do this challenge. My aunt passed away and her service was on the same day as this challenge. It is so fitting. Almost like someone knew. Love my Aunt Jean.
I'm playing challenge catch-up, and I have construed this "memories" challenge to include those of a loved one on this sympathy card: Sympathy for the Loss of a Son!
