F4A389 - "In the Spotlight" - 08/04/17

This is an OOOOOllllld technique. I have actually found a LOT of inspiration by looking back at photos of my "old" cards (mostly for layouts!)!! It's fun to see how far we've come, AND how much stuff is coming back around again!

This week's challenge is to "spotlight" one area of your card with some sort of frame ... any shape will do!! The trick is to make an actual "frame" (something that goes OVER the image, not something that the image goes on top of!)!!! Get it??? Got it???? GOOD!!!

I like this different take on the Spotlighting technique. Much easier now that we have all sorts of nesting die cut shapes. I combined this challenge with yesterday's "ways to use it" challenge to make a card that's all about shoes. Bonded with my stamp-a-ma-jig to get all the rows of shoes and added a little micro glitter bling to the straps of the spotlighted shoes. Thanks for the challenge and thanks for looking.
