When it comes to CAS and broad spaces on our cards, we typically see white or pale colors. Today, let's see that BLACK...or dark navy or deep eggplant. Just keep it dark. How are you going to make that canvas shine?
Uploading: Remember the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with a space after each comma.
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!

Creative Crew SU Design Team, Spring 2012 CAS Design Team member
Friday mornings are pretty busy for me, so I wasn't able to do today's challenges until after lunch. I combined my "black" card with the Queen for the Day challenge:
Decided to go CAS on my second card- using SU's Take it to heart and You are loved sets. Used 2 inks for a twist, and added my sentiment, along with a moss green ribbon bow. Here's Sweet Friend. Have a great weekend!

I cut out the owl and popped it up on top of the bottom owl for a 3-D effect, but dog-gone-it; couldn't get the camera to treat me right! LOL All in all, I had a lot of fun doing this card!!
