Favourites for the week ending Saturday 23rd February, 2019
A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Best of 2018 event. There were 1709 notifications, resulting in a Pinterest Board containing 1377 amazing creations (we tried super hard to pin each card only once). Check it out here.
It is not quite business as usual just yet, as we postponed our regular Favs of the Week last weekend. So for this weekend only, cards from the previous two weeks can be listed - SUNDAY 10th FEB to SATURDAY 23rd FEB.
Your notifying team this weekend is Shirley (wannabcre8tive), Janine (Jay_Bee), Carla (Covington Crafter), Brenda (tessaduck), Robin (Stamperrobin) and me, Susie (susie australia).
If Favourites of the Week is new to you, please read Post #2 for all the details.
I didn't spend a lot of time gallery gazing, so by my standards, my list is very small this week.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you discovered.
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week. Carolyn thank you for the reminder that we celebrated two fabulous new Dirty Dozen girls in the past fortnight and a beautiful new Fan Club/Dirty Dozen gallery! Congratulations Angie and Pat.

More than normal from me as we're catching up after last week's Best of 2018 event, in spite of the fact that I'm still slowly recovering from the wretched flu and not online a lot :-(. It was fun seeing so many beautiful cards I'd missed first time round - and some of my own I'd forgotten ;-). Thank you everyone who took the time to share...and to the notifiers who generously give their time each week.
I have browsed the gallery in fits and starts but I did try to do a quick browse of the last 14 days to see what I might have missed while concentrating on Best of 2018 notifications. The last 2 weeks seem to have produced some gorgeous creations - such talent! My list does go on a bit - sorry fellow notifiers but it is 2 weeks worth.
Mahalo Fairy Much Sis Janine !! I’m humbly honored and greatly appreciative for both the mentioning of my creation and for the Happy Mail you brought me this morning.
Such a lovely surprise to have my card Best Friends faved by Susie Australia
and Sue 28. You have made my week.
Thanks to Brenda for letting me know on both counts. Such a great site of caring and sharing friends.
