Carla here to start the Favorites thread. The first weekend of November and we're heading into the holidays. Have you checked out the Mini VSN Holiday Stories? Check out the three fun challenges for a fun way to get started on your cards. And maake sure to check out the delightful creations in the gallery.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, October 28th through Saturday, November 3rd. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check my next post for directions. Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum. Our dedicated team members will be making the notifications: : Sabrina (Cook22), Carla (Covington Crafter), Nancy (nwilliams6), Kia (kiagc), Susie(susie australia), Shirley (wannabcre8tive), Angie (ohmypaper!) You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.

Thank you for starting us off Miss Carla and for everything you do to make this such a wonderful thread.
As always, the gallery is full of fabulous creations. Sadly my list is incomplete as I do most of my gallery gazing and commenting on my iPad. Not being able to save cards to "My Favourites" is so disappointing and frustrating. Hopefully we will get some news about the repairs this week.

Here are mine. We've had an unexpected house guest since Tuesday, so I've had no stamping time apart from Friday, and not much gallery time either other than while commuting to work, which isn't the best. Still I have a few here and one I popped over onto the CAS Favourites thread.
I thought the cards for Lisa's WT challenge to use burlap were all fabulous, and am inspired to try combining it with lace as soon as I get a chance, there were some super-inspiring cards there. Jen's is one of the few more masculine ones!
