Hi all! This is Carlene (Chatterbox-1) from the Pacific Northwest! Its my turn to start this week's SCS Favorite'sthread.
Unfortunately, we still experiencing technical difficulties with auto-link function not working. For instructions on how to linkplease see Instructions in post #2. If you post your Favorite cards the usual way, well be unable to tell who to notify unless each notifier opens every single link. We thank you for helping us out! About this thread ... the current week's Favorites Thread is a way to give recognition for those standout creations you have seen throughout the week in the SCS Gallery. This is the place to link to those cards and share the fabulous creations posted at SCS from Sunday November 12th to Saturday November 18th.
Notifying this week are: Elaine(ChaosMom), Carlene (Chatterbox-1), Carla (Covington Crafter), Nancy(nwilliams6), Susie (susie australia), Shirley (wannabcre8tive), and Angie(ohmypaper!)
Do you have Clean and Simple (CAS) cards that you would love to give recognition to? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the GeneralStamping Talk Forum.
I spent a lot of time in the Gallery this week and saw so many lovely creations. If you know me, you know what that means! I have a lot of Favorites to share!! Following is my list for this week ... A-B angelladcrockett...FS562 Live In The Sunshine by angelladcrockett at Splitcoaststampers
The auto-formatting of hyperlinks is still not working. If you post your Favorite cards here in the usual way, we'll be unable to tell who to notify, unless each notifier opens every single link .
Please help us out and follow one of the two options. We've done our best to make this as simple as possible. I've highlighted the new steps in red.
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab.
2. Open a second browser tab (or a separate window). Go to your Gallery and click on "My Favorites" on the left sidebar.
3. Click on a card you have saved in your Favorites. At the top, highlight the web address (it starts with www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo ..... and soon). Copy the web address.
4. Switch back to the first tab. Scroll down to the Quick Reply box at the bottom of the Favorites thread. Type the card maker's SCS user name in the box, no need to type the card name. We'll find it as long as you type the user name and paste the web address of the card.
Option 1: Simply paste the card link behind it. It will look like this, susieaustralia https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/g...&ppuser=299565 Option 2: Select the username, so it is highlighted. Click the hyperlink icon above the text entry box.
Paste your link into the dialogue box, pasting over the highlighted "http://". If there are two "http://", the link won't work.
The hyperlink option will look like this. susie australia On yourkeyboard, hit Enter twice to add a blank line after each card linked. 5. Repeat steps #3 and#4 as many times as needed to enter all your Favorites links.
6. When you have finished entering your links, click the Go Advanced button. Proof read all your entries in the Preview window that opens. Make sure your card links all have a blank line between each entry and that the card links work as a link back to each card.
7. Any corrections needed are done in the Reply to Thread message box below the Previewarea in this new window.
8. If you had to make any corrections, click the Preview Post button again and re-proof. Steps#6, #7, and #8 can be repeated as many times as needed.
9. When finalized, click the Submit Reply button. Please help the FavoritesTeam by making sure:
1. That your links work correctly.
2. The card makers SCS name is shown; it really helps if their name is incolor.
3. Lastly, it really, really, helps if you have a blank line between each entry.
Thank you in advance for helping us make sure that no one is missed!
Each week we have newcomers to the Favorites threads. EVERYONE is invited to join in. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be.
If this is your first time being mentioned in this thread or you have a new blog we have blog badges found here in this post.
Want to post a Thank You to the SCS member who nominated your card? Please do not use theQuote button at the bottom of the thread!! Instead, scroll down and type your response in the Quick Reply box. (Using the Quote button to reply causes the original messages to be repeated over and over. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.)
Pay It Forward (optional, but nice). When you say"thank you," you are encouraged to Pay It Forward by linking at least one of your own Favorites from last week. You may link as many of your Favorites you wish.
Okay, now you're ready to show us your Favorites!

Thank you so much Carlene for including me in your favorites this week. It's always an honor to be included in so much talent. Thank you too, Carla, for the notification especially while wrestling the link issue and for donating your time to do this!
Here are my non-CAS favorites for this awesome week of gorgeous projects. There were some gorgeous Christmas tags entered in Loll Thompson's awesome Twelve Tags of Christmas Event this week. You have until the 24th to enter your tags.
I have more CAS Favorites cards in the CAS Favorites Thread too :-) Happy Stamping my friends. Hugs..

Wow, what a lovely way to start a Sunday morning - not one but three of my cards mentioned in faves this week! Big thank yous to Carlene, Brenda and Carla for mentions of my Merry Snowman, Peace on Earth and Peaceful Bird cards. Thanks to our wonderful team of gallery notifiers too!
I was away from home all week. I thought that would give me more time in the galleries, but contrariwise.
So while I could list about a dozen standouts from the Outer Space gallery for WT662, I'll just list the two cards I found in my Favourites last night.
Thanks Janine for picking out my Merry Snowman and Peace on Earth cards in your faves this week, much appreciated! Thanks to Susie for all the gallery heads-ups this morning, too
Good morning and thank you to Carlene for favoring my Happy Birthday birdie card, and to Brenda for I Said a Christmas Prayer altered box from the Dirty Dozen gallery. Such an honor. Nancy, thanks for the early morning sweet mail. Have a wonderful day!
