I hope everyone remembered to set their clocks forward--it will be worth it to have more daylight time!
I'm afraid I didn't get to spend a whole lot of time on SCS this week, I'm sure I missed so many gorgeous cards. But here are a few that really touched my heart... I'm so thankful for meeting so many wonderful kind, supportive friends here on SCS. I learn so much from your artistry and appreciate it more than I can say that everyone is so willing to share just how they created a particular effect or technique--so generous!!! I think SCS is the best place ever to share our card-making ideas!!!
Thanks for all I have learned from these cards this week, as I do whenever I'm blessed to spend some time here on SCS. And thank you SO MUCH to everyone who works on the notifications--I know it's a huge job, but you bring so much joy to each artist when you notify of being on Favorites of the Week. I know it brings me much joy and I am sure it is the same for each of you.
Have a great week everyone--and I hope that each of us finds some quality time to enjoy creating more cards.

Do you know that this actually went in the trash!!! I was so upset with a couple of things that I actually took it off the base and in the process ever so slightly messed up the black mat. I threw the whole thing in the trash for about 2 hours before I came to my senses!!!!

I just found my notification from Stacy that Lisa favd my Not a Case card! Thank you both! This is the first time ever that Ihave had two cards favd in the same week and especially happy because I created this card without casing anyone! I stepped out of my comfort zone so thank you so much!
I want to THANK "Shoe Girl", "Peggy", and "LuvLee" for choosing four of my cards this week! WOW, that has never happened before! "Shoe Girl" chose my Spotlight card from VSN! Peggy chose my Things card AND my Flower Bulb card from VSN! LuvLee chose my Rooster card! Ladies, what a boost you gave to me after the horrid week of my husband having emergency surgery (after three days of testing, he is fine now) so I played catch-up and really enjoyed the VSN! THANK YOU ALL!

What a week! Those of us in the Washington DC metro area are so glad to see this last snow storm take flight (or should I say, take a hike) We are expecting warmer temps this week so I think that was the last hoorah for winter.
