My heart is smiling to find my ladybug card fav'ed by both Anita and Susie - You girls have put sunshine in my sunday! Hugs and thanks my friends. Sabrina - I was thrilled to get your heads up happy mail. Thanks for giving so generously of your time.
I didn't get a lot of play time this week but did find a few I had earmarked in my fav's folder
I hope that everyone has had a great week! I haven't been on here for some time, I had an unfortunate fall which resulted in some surgery and a whole lot of rehab that took months and months but I am doing better and am very grateful to be back typing (I broke my wrist) with two hands. I'm not back to card-making, but I have tons to upload that I made some time ago as a gift for my Mom--a large set of hand-stitched cards, and need to start uploading, and I so look forward to creating again. In the meantime, here are some WONDERFUL cards that uplifted, inspired, and taught me and I am always grateful for all of these, just as I am so very grateful for the kindness of so many of you that I have found here at SCS. This is a wonderful place!!!
Thank you again to each of you who has inspired me and now I'm very anxious to get back to crafting--but first I need to finish some major reorganizing of my crafting space, a project I started before I fell (while on a cruise with my sister and 2 cousins--the cruise was wonderful and still wonderful after my fall, I was determined not to ruin their trip and to make the best of the rest of the cruise), and now it's time to finish it.
Have a blessed and enjoyable week, everyone! This is such a great community, one where fellow crafters provide support, encouragement, and friendship, and I, for one, am extremely grateful to be a member of this wonderful place. Thank you to the dedicated group who send out the announcements for this wonderful event, and they organize it so well. I know how much it means to me to receive such an announcement, and I hope that these announcements bring smiles to each of your faces, I loved each card and I am in awe of your great artistic talent.
