This makes the third time I have tired to post my favorites. By the time I get them listed, it times out on me. So this time I am only doing a few at a time.

Nancy thanks so much for picking my card and making my day. I guess I'm behind the power curve, I forgot it was Sunday. This year thing is new to me. Maybe I'll catch up one day.
Dear Lisa and Angie, Thanks so much for both your kind comments and notifying me. So much has happened since I painted this. Kodi was already 14 (which is pretty old for a Chow) when I painted this. My husband was away on business and Kodi and I had 5 days on our own. As he had slowed down greatly and sat still he was a perfect subject to paint. It was about 3 months after this he was diagnosed with degenerative spine and he slowly went down hill. We tried to time things so he didn't miss any good days but he was also too wonderful an animal to have him suffer. We had to put him about 4 weeks before Christmas and I can tell you it broke our hearts. What a wonderful surprise to see his beautiful face grace the pages of "Best of 2015" Thanks once again for this honour. Sincerely, Elizabeth

Thank to f.schles for including my card "Priscilla's Family Tree" in your favourites for the year 2015. It has to be my favourite card for the year too. I have framed it in a lovely wooden picture frame and it is out for me to see every day. I must admit that Priscilla is very proud of her family tree too.
