Hi, all -

It's Debbie and I'm back to kick off another week of CAS Favorites. I invite you to join me in sharing those CAS creations you loved this past week (12/31/17 - 1/6/1.


CAS Best of 2017 Reminder
If you haven't done so already, I invite you to go to the Clean and Simple Best of 2017! thread and share with us your "favorites of your 2017 favorites." It is so fun to take a look back at all those uber special CAS cards we've favorited throughout last year. Having said all that, time to get the fun started. Here are the CAS cards I fell in love with this week:


Love is in the Air by Ardyth
I love black, white and a pop of color. Ardyth steps that pop up by including a rainbow of color pops on this fun but classy card.


Bonjour! by #Francine
Francine had her own take on the black, white and a pop of color in this fun card. I loved how she used partial images of her buildings to allow for more white space and give the images a different look.


New Triptych by susanbri
Susan's triptych background blew me away.


Holly for Merry Monday by Loll Thompson
Loll's beautifully done holly looks gorgeous paired with the embossed background - particularly the frame element.


Thank You by hobbydujour
Sallie's bold check adds big visual impact, without being overbearing or taking anything away from her CAS layout.


Snowflake Sentiments by bethmcc *** NEW-TO-ME-STAMPER ***
The large embossed snowflake on this beauty looks like it is emanating from the stamped snowflake in the center. So pretty!!

I loved the impact of Karen's embossed background and how she used gold on this stunning floral card.

I'm pretty sure that Karen has made the perfect CAS card for an adventure loving guy.


Toucan Party by Jesscbanks *** NEW-TO-ME-STAMPER ***
Jessie's coloring is a standout on this fun card. I also liked the sentiment flag coming in from the left for an unexpected detail.

Stacy's corrogated background adds lots of texture while keeping things CAS.


Christmas Sheltering Tree by daisystampinator *** NEW-TO-ME-STAMPER ***
The use of light blue on this winter beauty really gives the feeling of a winter day. The red pop of color on the bird and the red sentiment tie everything together.


Chilly Thanks by LittleSeaOtter
Kecia's snow person just makes me happy - he/she looks to be so happy out in the falling snow. I also LOVED the color of her sky.


Black Tie Thanks by Art Deco Diva
Perfectly classy;perfectly CAS. Black and white elegance.


Whew! I hadn't realized that I had such a long list this week! So happy that I was able to discover several NEW-TO-ME CAS artists as well.

Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps:

1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.

2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."

3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.

4. Switch back to the first tab. Type the cardmaker's SCS name, add a couple of spaces and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line.

5. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.

6. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.
