Great challenge! I haven't used my alcohol inks in ages but it was so fun to get them out! Here is my first card, will be back to post my second one. Like so many others, I couldn't stop with just one!Embossed Christmas Tree Bauble
Here is mine. I used the first Falliday Fest Tutorial again. I am working with scraps of glossy. Apparantly I am out! And I have spent several hours yesterday and today hunting for my Yuppa paper that I bought several months ago!!! No luck, but found a lot of other things! LOL
I've had a cold the last 4-5 days and didn't feel well over the weekend so I'm getting a late start. I already had an idea for this challenge so yours is the first Lydia...:p Here's my card...now I might have to rest for awhile..I can catch up tomorrow ;)
So, I'm TOTALLY CONFUSED NOW! LOL I did Dina's challenge---Alcohol Inks, & see this one now & wonder if it is the same challenge? or is this another challenge? The keywords are different..... Am I to make another card? Or was the card I made for this challenge? I don't see Dina's challenge for my card on the Master List either! UGH! This is SO CONFUSING the way it is set up! Should I STRICKLY GO BY the Master List???? HELP????? (With all these threads, I HOPE I find my way back! LOL)
Wow this is too cool! I bought my first alcohol ink bottles to try this out and love how fun they come out. I will be checking out more ways to use them with the tutorials. I actually used this in two different ways. I did the bauble one but linked that only to the 1st tutorial and then did another card using the background as kind of an extension to the stamp and linked it to this challenge. Thanks for the inspiration!

Wow, Lydia- what a fun challenge! I watched Heather's video and had Yupo paper on hand (bought several years ago and had not used it yet) so I gave it a try for this card....I will need more practice for sure- lol!!
Opps sorry stayed up alnight wondering where the gremlins took this after editing I passed out and forgot I needed to post it here . My bad forgive me . Here it this..
Such a Cool challenge! I love playing with AI's on Yupo. I was not overly thrilled with my colors, but actually am not disappointed with how the card turned out.
I did something really nervy, and risked wrecking my card- embossed on the Yupo paper. It did warp very mildly, but not too noticeably on the card (I hope).
This challenge was fun, but a challenge for me! This card is only my second time making something (good enough to upload!) with alcohol inks! Definitely going to add more colors to my collection, and try some more techniques! Thanks, Lydia, for making me stretch! :-)
