Now that is a fun one! Congrats to all the winners of prizes but remember----everyone who participated in Falliday Fest showed they were a winner in design, creativity, stick-to-it-ness and kindness. What a great event! and what a lot of work for the leaders who plan, find sample makers, answer questions galore and more behind the scenes stuff with the data that I am sure I couldn't begin to understand. Thanks.

Hey----not to change the subject BUT----is the window for buying from Amazon to give a gift to the SCS admins open yet????? I have a couple of items in my cart and it would NOT be a problem to find a few more and do the code thing that or sign in from SCS or what ever the trick is to be sure I do my part to say thanks to all of them.

Did not know it was there year round! DUH! will have to use it. Just placed that cart ful order-----'twas an 'mergency you know.....one of my Ott light bulbs burned out....have had that lamp for about 20 years and this is the first bulb replacement........and I used it bunches---at the sewing machine when I first received it as a gift from my mom, then when I sorta didn't do much sewing anymore(kids grew up and out of house) I switched it to my scrapbooking workspace, and then someone invited me to a card making party and as they say--the rest is history. Though for the past 3 years that first light has been my bedside light for in bed reading...have two other Ott lights in the Room of Chaos! used daily for cardmaking and more.

I misread the trivia question for # of comments, too....thought it was per card...guess I need my glasses changed again! (Or else more coffee in the morning??) :p
And my hubby will appreciate it that I would be a cherry pie....that's his favorite!!

Thank you for asking, Pansy! I love and appreciate getting that Amazon voucher. In a recent query about the best crimper to buy, I told how I had replaced my absolute dud with a wonderful one from Uchida as part of my Moddy Christmas last year. And I'm already building my cart for this Christmas , just adds to the fun of it.
p.s. I think it's always in Lydia's signature too, easy to find on this thread ;-). I hope your new bulb arrives promptly.

Kandie, it is on the SCS home page all year. It is on the bottom right of the page (you will probably need to scroll down). A link is also in Lydia's signature.
When you enter Amazon via the link, then a portion of the sale goes to splitcoast and the moderators who are all volunteers, get $$ to spend. It costs us absolutely nothing and blesses our wonderful volunteers! The moderators keep the threads on track, get cards into correct galleries, answer questions and probably all sorts of other invisible things that I am blissfully unaware of that make splitcoast such a great place.
Well, dang, I’ll do it that way from now on! Each month I place a large (over $100) order and would be thrilled to have a percentage go to our volunteers!

All year long there's a link at the bottom of the home page to Amazon with our affiliate # on it - we'd love it if you shopped all year. Even I just use the home page link because it's easy to find. But I did just put the home page story up this morning as well - show them some love!
A few people said no, but the answer to the trivia is YES - you absolutely can pay without paypal for the Fan Club using a credit card! It's a very common question I get by email.
Oopsie - I pulled 4 winners and there are only three prizes, so Mcschmidty will get bumped to a Taylored Expressions prize - not a bad problem to have!

Well--golly gee whiz---I just addressed that card to send to a homesick grandson who is going through Air Force Basic Training right now. He left on Halloween and graduates just before Christmas and is eating Thanksgiving with a family that adopts airmen for the holidays. He is at Lackman AB somewhere in south Texas. Thanks for the win Lydia.

Wonderful Ms Pansy. My grandnephew just trained there as a Airman as well and is now based out in Arizona where his brother just left to attend college. So now they have both my gorgeous and well respectful young men up in Arizona!!My grandson just got stationed to NY he trained out in South Carolina . And is with the Army. Hasnt been home yet so we know missing too well. We are hoping his coming home on leave soon for Xmas at least and will probably have a fast hawaiian wedding so his gf can go back with him. Its been so hard on them bless their hearts
Oh, I just spent money at Stamp N Storage! I had gotten email of sale between now and Monday 15% off and free shipping! And I redeemed my rewards coupon! Great deal! If you didnt get their email , you should go to their website and check out their Black Friday specials!
Braved the masses to get groceries and got a Starbucks while I was there so I'm good to go. The holiday flat white is yummy....similar to a Pumpkin Spice Latte but only 210 calories. On the way home to unload groceries then attend the first swim meet of the year for my DD. Still need to pack, but I did laundry and moved up some winter clothes. Feels weird to be dividing for Thanksgiving but my adult kids were all wanting to be with extended family who are meeting for East Coast Thanksgiving so I am going that way too. My swimmer kids have to stay in town for a meet on Saturday and practices on the days around Thanksgiving too and if course pastor DH has to preach on Sunday ao he'll stay to run things on the Indiana end. Life gets complicated when you have adult kids and younger ones too!
I braved the masses to get groceries too, and came back to find my card among the winners! Thanks to the sponsors and everyone who works so hard to pull this all together....and over this holiday besides! And thanks for all the kind comments, too.
DD2, Sil and 1 yr. old grandson arrive tomorrow night! Haven't seen them since June so great excitement here!
I came home in a hurry to get things unloaded, make some supper and get to the swim meet so I grabbed 4 grocery bags at once. Not far into the garage the bottom fell out of the one paper bag and or course, the $6.79 glass bottle of maple syrup shattered, dousing my shoes pants and socks in sticky sweetness! Nothing like laundry and mopping when you want to be packing and relaxing before a trip! I made to the meet in time to see all but one of DD's events though and she had a great meet!
