Good Morning,Color Lovers! It is my pleasure to be your hostess this week. Before we get to this week's colors, let's celebrate last week's favorite!
Barbara was our hostess, and she chose Strawberries for Becky by Stampng Servant aka Rita.
Barbara said, There’s so much to love about this card: the digi strawberries, the cute fonts in the greeting, but most of all, that wonderful background, created with stamps and scissors and woven to resemble a strawberry basket. It all comes together to create an outstanding and fun birthday card!
Congratulations, Rita! The code to add the badge to your blog is attached below, and your card also will be pinned on our Pinterest Challenge board. Check it out here.
And now, on to this week's colors! I had Pantone's 2021 colors in mind when I chose these:
Daffodil Delight Smoky Slate Basic Gray
Did you know that you are always welcome to use the Neutral family from the SU color palette in addition to the challenge colors? You can find those colors here.
Edited: I missed this change when I wrote it last night. The intended dessert was something that moves, like an animal or vehicle. If you think of something else that moves that's good too. But, hey! If you did yours with my mistaken ribbon from last week, that works! I just hope you will be able to play! (From last week: For the dessert option this week, add some ribbon to your project!)
Please come back to this thread and post a link to your card. There are site issues with the keyword function, and we don't want to miss seeing all your wonderful creations!
Please keep in mind that while SU colors are listed for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!
Please put CC828 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card.Attached FilesColor Challenge Favorite.txt (186 Bytes, 5 views)
Thank you, Barbara, for choosing my card as the favorite from last week's color challenge. Thank you, Mary, for letting me know! What a very special surprise to brighten my Tuesday morning!!

It appears the cc287 does not have a link. It appears CC282 is what everyone is using. which is right.
I am seeing CC828 on each card in the gallery.
Great colors! These colors are perfect for the January MISTI challenge.

For today's color challenge I went with tea cups and a birthday greeting- used the diagonal for my stripes. Fussy cut my teacups, and used a mini clothespin for my sentiment. Finished with gem embellishments, washi tape, and a snowflake shape. Thanks Chris for the fun color combo Here's Birthday teacups

Yellow is not one of my go-to colors, but I enjoy seeing it on cards. I have to say, loved this color combo and happy with this card. Thanks for a great challenge!
I think everyone's card is a GREAT inspiration! I am battling a migraine right now and have had it for almost 2 weeks. I can't afford the medication my doctor has prescribed for it. So forgive me for not going to each person's card and commenting on them. God bless!! Jan

Great colors Chris, thank you! Combined this with the CC900 challenge- and for dessert, here's my rabbit that hops and chews paper! My card is named Some bunny loves you- dedicated to my DD who loves her rabbit
