CC792 Granny's looking in the Shadows of the Cabana
Hi there COlor Challenge Fans! It's Tuesday and I'm so happy to be back hosting this week's color challenge.
Before we discuss this week's colors, let's take a look at Barbara's favorite from last week. She chose Wildflower Bouquet by catluvr2 aka Priscilla.
Barbara said "Priscilla combined the elegance of a lacy border with the simplicity of watercolored wildflowers to create this beautiful "Thinking of You" card. She used this week's colors to perfection , and included the dessert option, too. This card will make someone very happy!"
Congratulations Priscilla! The code to add the favorite badge to your blog is located at the bottom of the post. We will also feature you card on our Color Challenge Pinterest Board. See that here.
Now onto this week's colors.
Coastal Cabana Granny Apple Green Shaded Spruce For the dessert option: use a circle
It's been a long time since I've done a challenge. It just popped in my head and came together so quickly. Can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with!

Chris this is unusual for me, but I think I nailed it!

love these colors! I went with a woodsy owl themed card, adding a dotted dp lower border and a black die cut upper border. Tucked my blue green circle behind my owl panel, adding an oval frame with dots of brown and blue. Finished with a striped ribbon strip and blue green chunky bow. Here's woo hoo

Great colors for masculine cards! I was thinking last week that it would be great if the color challenge would be some more traditional Masculine colors and here are this weeks colors! Thank you for picking them! My card is Hello World:
Chris thanks so much for the shout out for my Turtle Dreams cards! Feeling humbled to be selected as card CC of the week. Thank you so much. Really appreciate the recognition. I have learned so much and become braver since joining and posting to SCS! Love what you all do to make the site so supportive, fun and informative.
I am playing Challenge cardmaking, and hopefully, doing some catching up from really old to fairly new. This is a February birthday card for a dear friend & cardmaking buddy!
Though my cardstock colors are not those listed, through my ink shading and blending, the colors required evolved, plus I added two neutrals: Crumb Cake & White.
