Happy Tuesday! It is time for another weekly color challenge! I am your host this week. I am also introducing the SCS Color Combo Month of May Guest Designers. Please give a warm welcome to hobbydujour(Sallie) and Luvs Flowers(Kim).
CC321: Black Cherry Crumbs!
Cherry Cobbler Crumb Cake Basic Black Ivory/white are only neutrals
Dessert Option: Add some sparkle and shine!
Here are the samples by two of the CCDT and the two May Guest Designers!
****NOTE**** We wanted to give more people the opportunity to be a part of the SCS CC Design Team without the stress of learning to post, links, loading, and moving threads. Also, the commitment to be available every Monday to post the challenge is another big responsibility. We all decided that it would be best for the current team Betty, Joanne, Mary, Julia, Karen, Peggy, and Vicki to rotate hosting and to introduce two monthly guest designers. I think this relieves much of the stress for many of you who would like to be a part of the team, but learning all the ins and outs is a bit much. The guest designers are chosen from weekly CC participants!
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC321 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!
My son was driving down our Indiana country roads tonight and I was sight seeing and saw a landscaping business/barn that had these colors!!! I can't wait to play tomorrow as I already have some ideas floating around in my brain.

Here's a framed art thing I did a little over a week ago. I love this color combo ('cept I realized after I uploaded that I used RH Red instead of Cherry Cobbler ... so I guess that makes me a cheater!)!

I just had to try the color combo because I LOVE these colors! And dessert is a given...every card needs BLING! Used one of my new Stampin' Up! sets, Flower Fest, too!
Betty, this is one of my favorite color combos.... unfortunate this was the last bit of scraps for this dsp... and have been toying with what to do.... thanks for the inspiration! The cherrie dessert - sparkles on the button and though hard to see, stickles on the laple dots.
Heres my card:
Yeah--I got to play the color challenge tonight! I was beginning to think I wouldn't be able to after I got home from work even though I had been thinking about it all day! The stamp set is a sneak peak from Mark's Finest Papers called American Made. I thinki it's perfect since we just got bin Laden!
