Hello there, ColorLovers! I'm so happy to be back this week hosting the color challenge. Before we get to this week's colors , let's celebrate last week's favorite.
Barbara was our hostess and she chose Cardinal Peace by Jean aka jkanack. This is what Barbara had to say: "Jean’s happy accident with her white pigment ink created the most beautiful of backgrounds. It’s a technique I’m going to try! All the touches of gold, both the triple-embossed branch and the subtle edging, add a festive and elegant touch. And I love the cardinal brad so much! (A pack of them is on its way to me!)".
Congratulations Jean! The code to add the badge to your blog is attached below, and your card will also be pinned on our Pinterest Challenge board. Check it out here.
Please keep in mind that while SU colors are listed for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!
Please put CC870 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge or keyword, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card.
Thanks to Barbara and the team for the favorite of the week...to say I'm thrilled is a gross understatement. I really am quite thrilled!!!!!! I've discovered if one does the color challenge more regularly, it does become easier and more fun. It is always a challenge for me for whatever reason (and I love to work with color! Go figure!) and I'm so very happy. Makes my heart sing!
