Before we get to the new challenge, let's celebrate the favorite from CC801.
Karen hosted and she chose Stencil Collage by Pat aka pvilbaum!
Karen said:"I love the brilliant background on this awesome collage...this is one stellar card!"
Congratulations, Pat! The link to your favorites badge is at the bottom of this post and your card will be featured on our Pinterest page located here.
Before we get to the new challenge I wanted to let you know this is my final post as host of the SCS Color Challenge. It has been my immense pleasure to serve on this team for nearly three years but the time has come for changes both artistically and personally. I've worked with a number of amazing team members during this time and will always be grateful to Mary, Karen and Barbara as my creative partners over the three years along with Jeanne and Chris during the last year or so!
So now on toA Shadeof JadeMadness!
Shaded Spruce
Just Jade
Magenta Madness
Dessert option - Christmas in July.
Remember, you may also use any of the Stampin' Up neutrals along with the challenge colors, which are included in the link here.
Here's some inspiration for you from the design team:
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC802 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card!

Thanks so much Karen for choosing my Stencil Collage card! I was pretty happy with how it turned out as well! I always value your opinion and that of several other stampers so it is an honor to have a card chosen as the Favorite!

Stef- I am so happy you created this challenge! What a coincidence! I created this card before I looked at the challenges, just needed to add some ribbon borders! I used Wanda the baker for my stamped duo, with a large gingerbread man to her left. Added candy, enamel, and shiny dots for embellishments. Did a half circle gathered ribbon for my upper right scalloped snowflake, and used a zingy striped greens border for the midline border. Images are watercolored. Here's Homemade Sugar Rush
