Another color challenge coming your way, and I am your hostess this week! Before we unveil this week's colors let's reveal Jeanne's favorite from last week.

So for our brand new color palette this week we have a flower friendly array of beautiful colors - can you believe I chose flower friendly colors???

such a great color combination I decided to revisit it with my second card- as I have been finishing up a halloween lap quilt ( picture soon to be posted at SCS ) I wanted to do a sewing-themed card. With all the fiddly details this image works better with embossing, so I did that and also colored this image, adding some hand sewing, 3 enamel dots and curled corners borders. Finished with a star panel for my sentiment block- hand lettered of course Here's sewing mice

I'm playing my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking and trying to catch up on my SCS gallery posting as well.

I tweaked my colors a bit. I used more of a forest green shade for my leaves instead of the light pear color, but still green. My pink is a little deeper shade of pink than Petal Pink, but still pink. NO foil, so NO dessert for me!
