CC581 - BLISSFUL WONDERS OF SOFT SKIES WITH PIZZAZZ!! - 5/3/16
HELLOSTAMPERS!! It's a new month and we have some new guest designers with us.
But, first on this perfect day in the month of MAY, let's tell you who the favorite was from last week. Vicki was our hostess, and she chose this beauty from Beverly aka guneauxdesigns -her Blooms card.

And, the new guest designers that are bring their amazing design skills to the Color Challenge team this month are Diane aka dcinkit. She was the winner of our Bingo game in March- CC573. I once put a piece of blackberry bliss cardstock next to a wisteria wonder and bam!! I thought those two colors belong together!!! Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did- I made THREE cards this week!!!
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!

Karen- great colors, thanks! It allowed me the chance to mix cool garden colors with warmer hues. I used Impression Obsessions' Espresso for my main image, adding some texture with dry embossing (diamonds, left vertical border, and dotted swiss, top horizontal border) and did some die cuts (scalloped vertical borders, hearts). Finished with two vertical tied borders. Here's Springtime Coffee

here is my hooray card. thanks for looking. a teacher at our school as been out for a few weeks, hooray she will be back tomorrow. made this for her to welcome her back.
Had fun making this card, using this week's colors. Added a recycled light blue advertising card for the top and bottom borders, along with a kleenex boxtop lid for my magenta "frame" for my flowers. My sentiment is also recycled, added my own "S". Here's Smile

Hey, my friends!! Sorry to be so late in posting my card for the Color Challenge, but I got sick Tuesday morning with flu-like symptoms and have basically been in bed since. I feel better today, but still not well, so I'm adding my card that I made early Tuesday morning to the gallery for the Color Challenge! Here's the card! Enjoy!
