Hello colorchallenge champions. It's Tuesday and we have a brand new color challenge lined up for you. #507 on the charts for us! It's also a new month and we have 2 new guest designers for December.
Lela aka serenity_stamper - she was the weekly fave from CC505 Michele aka mitchygitchygoomy - she was the weekly fave from CC504
Before, I introduce the colors let's congratulate the fave from last week's challenge. Becky, as hostess was to pick her favorite. She selected Sallie's (aka hobbydujour) "hanging ornaments" card.
Becky said: "Sallie's hanging ornaments card is a beautiful work in watercolor. I love the way her colors bleed into the background and the pretty gilded edges."[/I]
Congrats Sallie. Your card will also be pinned on our Pinterest color challenge board. Check it out here.
Now onto this week's challenge. I am in full holiday mode at my house. This week's challenge is all about "under the tree".
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC507 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here.
A BIG THANK YOU and hug, Becky, for selecting my card as your favorite of last week's challenge cards. I'm honored and thrilled. I don't have a blog for the badge, but you put a smile on my heart. : )
GREAT colors for this time of year, Mary. They were really fun to work with. Another card for next year's stash. Thanks.
Mary- great colors! I went with a Christmas tree, a favorite Sizzix seasonal die. Added some ornaments, and a huge tree topper. My sentiment came from SU's Punches Three, and I finished with a gold tie/twine combo. Here's Friendly Tree

Just can't get enough of this color combo- here's my take on a mason jar gift (with specialty coffee and a mini gift card) and a grey/tan stamped packet of chocolate cookies. Hope she likes them! Here's Coffee Gift

Hurray after being gone for 10 days over the Thanksgiving Holiday I am back to stamping. Here is my CC507 Christmas card. Loved the colors for a traditional Christmas card. Thanks again Mary.
