Good Morning, everyone! In the Seattle area, where our summers are temperate and lovely, July 1st roared in with a record high of 94! So I decided some hot colors were in order for this week.
Before we get to this week's colors, let's celebrate our color challenge favorite from last week.
Peggy was the hostess last week, and she chose: Wish on a Star by corysnana1/Cathy.
Peggy said: "I just love all the different elements she worked into her super adorable card. The window ledge, the star on his shirt, the sequins and stars..just amazing!"
Congrats, CATHY! The code to add the badge to your blog is attached below, and your card will also be pinned on our Pinterest Challenge board. Check it out here.
OK, back to the challenge for this week:
OLD
CALYPSO
DELIGHT
Old Olive
CALYPSO CORAL
DAFFODIL DELIGHT
Your dessert option for this week is a little unusual:
Anything but A2: For dessert this week, dont just take a half-sheet of cardstock, fold it in half and decorate! Make something different: a card that fits in a small business envelope, or a large business envelope, or a square card, or a round card, or a fun-fold card, or a box or a bag, or you get the idea! Inspiration abounds in the Tutorials tab above! Have fun!
Please keep in mind that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC486 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here.

I am always amazed with the beautiful color combos that you gals come up with! I would never have put these together on my own, but love the results! He Will Carry Them Rolled Felt Roses
Mine is very simple since I haven't been able to get into my stamp room until at least 9:00 p.m. the last couple days and I'm tired! Beautiful color choices, Barbara!
Thanks for the great challenge Barbara, these colors are so fabulous and I am loving the Dessert option and all the amazing creative not-A2 works of art in the gallery!
I liked working with this combo a lot, more than I thought I would!
