CC371 Whispering Grey Sand (4/18/12)

Hey! Happy Tuesday stampers! I'm your color hostess this week - and you know me - I like it quiet and even-toned, so today's colors are neutrals.

(Sorry - I have the wrong date above it's 4/17 of course!)

I was inspired by a photo in a magazine showing drapes in wide, grey and white horizontal stripes against a sandy colored wall - and my color challenge was born!

Whispering Grey Sand

Whispering White
Basic Grey
Sahara Sand

My dessert option is to use stripes since that was what inspired me this week!

It might be a good time to do a masculine or sympathy card with these subdued colors don't you think??!! or maybe something else?! - I can't wait to see what you create to inspire us all!

What a nice change of pace for this week's challenge! Love the soft, neutral colors and combos like this one are certainly in vogue. The dessert stumped me so I added some stripe-ish fibers.
