TEAM SPIRIT: Fall 2014 Design Team Search

#TEAM SPIRIT!
Everywhere I go, it seems everything is hashtagged with team - sports teams, political groups, fan clubs and popular TV couples... just to name a few.
Step 1 of this DT search is to find yourself a team of stampers to join the challenges with you. It can be just 2, 3 or 4 people in a team.
If you don't have a partner or team, please look for each other in this thread!
So for all the challenges, you and your teammates will make
the same, similar or coordinating cards for each of the challenges!
Who can play for a DT spot? Anyone except store owners and past CAS DT members. (But you can play just for the fun of a challenge.)
Design Team Reveal Party
Thursday, August 28 starting @ 8PM (ET) right here in this thread.
Standard Expectations for a DT member: I need you to post your sample for each challenge on Sunday evening between 8:30 PM-10:30 PM (ET). In the case of an illness, emergency or a short vacation, you will have time to make your cards ahead of time and I'll save them to attach to the challenge thread. You will be participating in choosing the challenges for the season during your 2nd week as a DT member. When the season is ending and a new DT search is going on, I would like you to help with the judging.

So for all the challenges, you and your teammates will make
the same, similar or coordinating cards for each of the challenges!

By adding just CAS in your keyword box, you will be in 2 galleries. Separate all keywords by a comma followed by a space.

Hostess Statements
TIP: This is a contest for CLEAN & SIMPLE. I tend to push the definition once in awhile with my own cards, but when judging for the design team, I lean towards the conservative cas designs.
Advice: Please remember that everyone who participates wants very badly to be on the design team. The reason why I started the guest designers was so that more could get involved. That said, there will always be disappointments. Please remember it also comes with more opportunities. This happens every 3 months. Four times a year is great for this type of event! To do it more often would be too stressful. These events take a lot of time and I love doing them. And it's easier and happier when everyone is a good sport. I do this for YOU! (In fact, the cas challenge was the very first challenge to have a design team!) I want as many people as possible to experience being on the team. Some people may have to wait longer than others, but waiting builds perseverance and strength. Please have fun!!!
Photos: Please remember the clearer the photo of your card is, the better it will look. Make it stand out and make us say "WOW!" Photo software programs have editing options. I think similar unless we were lucky and had the same stamps...maybe sketch and colors would be the same and stamps would be the different part? |

No, we did not. We brain stormed what we could do to meet the first challenge and one of us stamped and mailed the images. The second challenge we all used flowers, but that was a bit easier to all use a flower.
Will the team each time use the same images?
I don't think that would be possible. Some companies have angel policies that do not allow such things. I checked the website for the company stamp and did not see one.
