I've been seeing and enjoying so many fun cards using strips of paper lately. They got me wanting to use up some of the strips I have saved.
Get out your strips and show us what you've got!
1. There is no deadline to play along with the CAS challenges.
2. Take all the time you need to finish and upload your card.
3. Upload your card to your gallery and link back to this thread so we all can see your project.
4. Please remember to put in the correct keyword CAS589 when uploading your image, a copy/paste of the keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
5. Please feel free to combine the CAS challenges with any other challenge!
The challenges are to provide inspiration and to get us stamping, so have fun and follow your heART. We can't wait to see what you create!

Jen- great challenge! I too had strips of paper on my crafting table. I used solids and patterns for my vertical strips- adding a large greeting in a pennant- style block. Presents on top of that block are fussy cut and colored. Did a aqua pen and marker combo for the dilution of my dots on the white dry embossed panel. Finished with 2 mini striped washi tape borders and a sage green bow.
Here's confetti HB

Great challenge! I love to use paper strips to make a background. Mixed things up a little, and maybe not super clean, but still simple. ;)
Here's my card: CAS589 Hello by IndigosMom - at Splitcoaststampers
Jen- thanks for the paper strips challenge! I combined this with our color challenge Over my paper strips background I added an accordian folded oval frame and gold washi tape for my die cut sentiment. Added a fussy cut evergreen image, and a trio of twine for my lower border. Top border is a dotted grosgrain ribbon. Here's thanks much
