CAS582 ~ Heat Emboss ~ April 20, 2020
Lisa here, to hostess this weeks CAS Challenge.
Heat Embossing was one of the very first techniques I learned when I started paper crafting. It is still one of my go to techniques.
Today's challenge: Heat Emboss.
Our very creative CAS team has made some GREAT samples if you need some inspiration:

If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
1. There is no deadline to play along with the CAS challenges.
2. Take all the time you need to finish and upload your card.
3. Upload your card to your gallery and link back to this thread so we all can see your project.
4. Please remember to put in the correct keyword CAS582 when uploading your image, a copy/paste of the keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
5. Please feel free to combine the CAS challenges with any other challenges.

I will never tire of embossing, for a while there, I felt like it was going to go away, but I never stopped and now there are so many more wonderful powders.

Hi -
I purchased a bunch of different embossing powders in February, so was happy to use some as part of this challenge. Can't really see a color here (I was expecting the indigo to show more on top of the purple paper.) Anyway, love this background stamp.
Thanks for looking!

CAS582 18 Hours A Day
Heat embossing is my go to, as well. I usually double emboss now, for more effect. Thanks, Lisa. CAS582 18 Hours A Day by Lori "Artzadoni"

I love heat embossing! Getting a late start on this week's CAS challenge but here it is - just the sentiment and dry embossing the stitched square

I am playing Challenge cardmaking, and hopefully, doing some catching up on some as well.
I've used black heat embossing both on my outside and inside sentiment/verse.
This card is for my oldest son's half-century birthday...yes the BIG 50! Here is my card:
