Title: CAS522~ Under the Weather Hostess: Misti (Scraperwannabe)
Keyword: CAS522
Week of Feb 25, 2019
It seems like the recent topics of conversation include how much snow parts of the country has received or how many people are sick with the flu. My challenge for you this week is to create a "Under the Weather" project, featuring a get well card or a weather related card.
1. There is no deadline to play along with the CAS challenges.
2. Take all the time you need to finish and upload your card.
3. Upload your card to your gallery and link back to this thread so we all can see your project.
4. Please remember to put in the correct keyword CAS522 when uploading your image, a copy/paste of the keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
5. Please feel free to combine the CAS challenges with any other challenge.
The challenges are to provide inspiration and to get us stamping, so have fun and follow yourheART. We can't wait to see what you create!

Went with a winter theme for my card, using an embossing folder swirls and stamping a tree in the center for the today's embossing challenge. Added a scalloped and ripped sentiment block for my sentiment. Here's let it snow

My weather of choice for this challenge was rainbows after a rain storm. I was also influence by my first try at creating abstract art for Saturday's Fine Art America Challenge. Here's My Card:

Thanks for the timely Get-well challenge, Misti. I was desperately needing several Get Well/thinking of you cards and this was just the incentive I needed to get me started.
Here’s one of the cards I made for the challenge. Hope it is clean-and-Simple enough to qualify...I ended up switching out the off-white card base for kraft at the last minute.
