There is no 'deadline' to completing your Christmas cards for September,
It's never to late to join....
You can join anytime during the year. . If you need to skip a month or two, that is perfectly fine.
Hi Vikkijo, Didn't want the last three months to drop off so, I would like to propose; SNOWFLAKES for September. The gem stone for September is Sapphire. Why not make a snowflake card with a little blue somewhere on it (or not). Just sayin'
These cards bring a more sophisticated look to this year's collection. These Anna Griffin supplies have me hooked! So many items that can be used in such versatile ways... Diane
This sort of fits the theme - it is a snowy scene though there are no snowflake images, but I consider the sparkle on the card to be the snowflakes. And there is a hint of blue in it too!
I used the Stampin up Snow Swirled set, heat embossing and made this simple card. I know it is "old school" and "simple" but I also think it is elegant and I can make a lot of them for Christmas.
This could just as easily have qualified for August's "furry friends" theme, but since it has snowflakes and blue on it (which is this month's suggested theme), I'm posting it for my September quota:
The first Christmas card I've made for months, we had an horrendous summer with high humidity, these two Snowmen Shelf Sitting cards are for our Grandsons, I think they will be a great hit with them.
