Here is my first card I have ever posted!! My own creation!! Saw my mason jar stamp tilted at an angle and "abracadabra...woweee idea" Lol!!! Hope this shows up!

I was trying to set up a gallery last night and gave up, greated an album and went to bed. My computer is run by a Linux system and not all features on a site are available....or it was just me. I really appreciate the gallery you set up for me!
Okay, I got caught up looking at the gallery. I cannot believe how many you all have done already! I am doing a birthday card today. I have a lot of catching up before I do my monthly Christmas cards. But I will be back.

I'm a newbie to the Christmas Card Challenges - so excited to have my first ones done!
Here are my 4 cards for January - using non-traditional purple and espresso colors (the purple looks like navy in my photo - but they really are a lovely dark purple!!
Whew! I'm caught up in the gallery...Y'all are doin some amazin cards already and really rockin the color challenge....I have to get started on mine but have a couple birthday cards to get out first....but today is my play day this week....yippeee!!!
Oh, I'm so impressed by all of you who have an early start on your January cards! I'm enjoying looking, but I've only made it through post #30 and am too sleepy / blurry eyed to do anymore tonight. Keep up the good work, but don't expect to see mine much before Jan. 31st. LOL!

Wow everyone what great cards, have just spent an hour (and a bit) cruising the thread and admiring all the cards.
I have my design in my head and the colour combo hasn't been used yet so I had better get cracking.
My craft room is a mess from kids and grand kids making christmas tags and wrapping presents.
I keep walking past and groaning, it is the longest I have been out of it but I have only just cought up with all the washing, towels and bed linen.
We had seventeen for Christmas Eve, eighteen for Christmas breakfast and twelve for Christmas lunch and fourteen slept over.
Big families are a blessing but they are also a lot of hard work

What a wonderful report on your Christmas get togethers. I can't imagine the work involved, and I wouldn't want to have to do it. But I can imagine the fun and love in a big group like that. I grew up in a small family, but once in awhile we did have relatives come from out of town and spend the night. It was so much fun. I remember one year that us kids slept on blankets under the huge dining room table. (Not much sleeping!) Now it's just my daughter and I. It's good, but I get a little sad when I read stories like yours. You are blessed.

I'm here! I started way to late last year and was making cards on 12/21 and rushing to the post office before the final pickup at 3:00 that day. Not going to happen again.
HERE is my January card or at least the first one. I know it says "thank you" but that is because it's a thank you for my neighbor's xmas gift of lemons. Pretend it doesn't have the "thank you" sentiment and insteady happy holidays. Then it's a Christmas flower right? LOL.:rolleyes:

Congratulations on posting your first card. And it's a beauty. I don't know if you fixed it, but when I looked in your gallery, it looked fine. You've got a good start on 2013 Christmas cards.
well i tried to see all of the galleries, but several came up as website error. grrrrr
I can't get over how many beautiful cards are already posted for 2013...I am not looking at Feb yet either! LOL
Me too - I'm feeling bad enough about putting off my CCC13 cards until the end of the month. I'm not looking at other months until we get to them! :p But there is already so much inspiration for January - I'm getting all kinds of ideas for cards. In the meanwhile, I've been leaving some lovin'.
