Just so you know, I put on the challenge for July. Seems like we have a lot of people really getting ahead! LOL I haven't even begun this month's yet..

Please sign me up for 5 cards per month. I found myself struggling to get them completed. This time I'm going to do the insides of the cards every month instead of waiting until December to do 50 cards.

Is it to late to join? This sounds like a great way to get my cards done. I'd like to do 4 cards a month...my only problem is we are moving so my stamp stuff is packed I'll be up and running by Feb.

Yes, This year I made 73 different cards for the HYCCT challenge, each year I make more so this year my goal is to make 100...that's why I think this is a great challenge for me because I won't have time in October to make Christmas cards & I'm always rushing & staying up at the Wee hours of the mornings making Christmas cards in November. This will be my 4th year making & donating my cards in October for the HYCCT.
Sign me up too please. I think 5 a month should do ti. Tried before but failed miserably.. Family has asked me this winter if I am going to make more so guess they liked the previous ones lol

A problem I have with challenges, especially if I'm trying to do a couple at a time is trying to remember what that particular challenge is and I never seem to be able to find the post with the challenge. I keep having to scroll through people's posts and trying to guess what they all have in common. Is it possible to have the actual challenge in the Title for that month?
This is the first time doing the ccc...hope I can still sign up for it. The last 2 years I haven't given myself enough time to make Christmas cards :/ I told my DH that I was going to sign up this year....so please sign me up for 5 cards a month!! Thanks so much!

You're on a roll now, Connie. I haven't started my Christmas cards yet. I've been trying to get my tax tests done. Need them done in the next couple weeks. I'm almost done.
I'd like to join the Christmas Card Challenge again this year! I so appreciate all the encouragement! My goal will be 5 or 6 cards a month. My second goal is to make them easy to mail. =) Thanks for all your work Vikkojo and thanks to those who help you too!
VikkiJo, is it too late to change my goal to 3 a month? I used 35 of my 44 this year, so I have extras even. So, 3 a month would give me 33. I think that is all I need.

We have lots of motivators among us here! It's always a great feeling when FAMILY asks for more cards!

Post #6 has each month with the challenge, but they are actual links to that months thread too. just click on the month you want and if I did it right you'll go right there, no scrolling to find anything.
remember the challenges are not a requirement.. they are for inspiration if you are in a slump of creativity!

I do not wanna even think about taxes.
I worked 3 weeks (kinda) in January then went on Work Comp till April worked 1 week then right back on work comp...and that's where I've been since.

For those of you who know me and know what I've been dealing with.
I want to share some thing personal and this injury related.....
Because of all this pain and inability to make cards, I am sad. Actually depressed, sure I have had moments of really bad thoughts
So I had to go 'talk' with a doc. she totally understood where I was coming from, and put me on Cymbalta and Celebrex, hoping that I might sleep for more than 1 or 2 hours at night and relax a bit.
Well Work Comp decided they needed a full Mental Health History on me. Some how it is all mess up, it says that I was prescribed Seroquel (NEVER WAS) and I am diagnosed with a Personality Disorder.
My DH is on Seroquel and has been since 2007 he has a Personality Disorder UFF DA
So now they think I need to go in for a 2 week in patient program
If I had a personality Disorder I don't think I could have made friends wit all of you nor stayed committed to any of the challenges on this site! LOL

OMG so they must have your and DH mixed up??? I am so sorry to hear you are still having problems...did the Cymbalta & Clelebrex seem to help?

OMG! Vikki Jo how did they manage to get you and your DH's records mixed up? You would think with all the HIPA stuff they woudln't have access to any of it, even yours.
