I have some of my cards addressed and ran out of envelopes. I'm trying to decide if I want to try making my own or wait until tomorrow when the office supply store is open. I know I'm not going anywhere today if I don't have to. It's cold out there. It's only 2 with a windchill of -9. It's another one of those winters where it's in the 40s and high 50s one day and so darn cold the next. Remind me why I moved back to Montana. Oh, yeah. I don't like the humidity and ice storms in the midwest. Don't like extreme heat, either. Maybe I'll just clean up my craft room so I can make another mess.

I made a few cards that I couldn't fit into a normal envies, stupid or what but I made my own, only White but they look better than putting them in an envie that's too big, and I don't have to send them in the mail anyway. You know I've had two cards today from friends who have never sent one before so thank goodness for this challenge, I have spares in my box, just have to make an insert, so no panic,
If you guys get sick of me adding to this November thread, just let me know. SCS keeps posting great challenges and today's Ways to Use It inspired two more cards:
I'm still making cards for this year - my mother and two sisters both asked for a bunch of the ones I made earlier in the year. It's flattering that they wanted to send out my cards but it left me short! Good thing I like making them so much!

Yes, love your cards, Susan! I came up with more than enough! I thought maybe 4x a month=44 wasn't enough, but turned out right, with some to spare. I think that is because I was stingy. When I gave my fellow members on the Women's ministry board their gift calandars in the little sacks, I just put their names on the tags on the sacks. That was 7, and that is about what I have extra, but I thought I would be short.
Anyway, I know that 4 a month is okay.

I made each of my coworkers a 3d luminary tree. When I got them made, I almost changed my mind about giving them away. I had them all lit up in my room and it looked so awesome. Guess I'll have to make more for me. Just not sure how I would store them until next year without squishing them. They were easy and fun to make.
