I was up at 3:15 AM, cannot sleep.... had a little surgery on Monday on my back and not yet time for pain med. So, what better distraction that to make a card! I had fun and now can take pain meds and go lay back down : )

used this versatile sketch as a chance to declutter my craft area-- re-purposed a flowers die cut panel mounted on a white shimmery circle- adding a chunky vertical paper pieced border. Did a woodsy style embellishment grouping in the lower left corner, and a hand written sentiment. Here's happy summer
