Sketch CHallenge 16
Reminder: Please put SC16 in your keywords section!
Master Thread
This week's sketch is a little more basic, but sometimes having a simpler sketch is even harder than having a more detailed sketch!
I loved this card when I saw it in the gallery and thought the layout and use of greeting stamps was so unique. I think this sketch would be wonderful to use to highlight some of the fabulous background stamps available. This week's featured artist is Jace.
Gallery Submissions
To print this layout: - (nc means no color) If you see a small layout click on it or if you see an icon click on the words next to it.
-When the black surround screen appears click only on the layout and a white screen with the layout should appear.
-Right click and click on print from the pop up box or hold down your shift key and P key at the same time.
-Now you're ready to choose print and it should print to actual size of the card depending on your computer.

Yeah! It's finally here. Thanks for another challenge. I won't get time to try it until late tomorrow but at least I can start thinking up some ideas.

Fun Challange
Well... I am putting my thinking cap on ;) . I will be going to my sisters on Friday to stamp. So I will make something then. So until then I have brain in gear (hopefully not in reverse :rolleyes: )

well, since the gallery is down I'm off to see what I come up with. just a suggestion. maybe we could post attatchments of our cards here until the gallery is back up? then at least we'd still get some inspiration from each other?? just an idea
and here's a link to my card now that the galleries are up again, still pending though.

If I remember right the inspiration card had a cut out in the front design was inside. Is that part of the challenge too?

I never looked at the original card...I like to just look at the sketch for starters so my card is not cut out. Here is one I combined with the color challenge and last week's vellum challenge (WT03).
Can't wait until the gallery is back up!

I think the sketch is for individual interpretation. I like the idea of a window though...perhaps I will try this.

I just finished making a window version. They are a little tricky to get right and the rose red didn't photograph quite right but here it is. Lots of fun.

waaaaah! I thought I was sad before with the gallery being down -- no inpsiration to stamp but now .... all of these great cards and ideas are starting to flow but I can't stamp! I'm flat on my back with a virus. Every time I get upright, I get dizzy. Waaaaah!
