Yeah for all of you who have gotten your little "Pots" I am assuming I have a wait on my hands as I didn't order until April 15th and they took my payment on the 20th... So I won't even begin to look for them until later in May and if they come earlier I will be pleasantly surprised!!
Can't wait to see all the wonderful things made with these little pots, I have never used them before...

Some of mine came today, just need to go check my saved emails to double check. I am so excited, hopefully this means that the rest will be here soon too.
Yep, I've pretty much given up on ever seeing any Twinkling H20's-I't been since Feb and I haven't heard a word from them. I know that they're busy and that they're making up new batches, but c'mon . . .
I know I ordered in feb too., and some people have received them before me and ordered after me so so sad.
I called and they say I should have received them by now, but cannot trace my order at this moment, cause they are to busy!
to wait a couple more days to see if I have it, if not call again. so sad!
so disappointing!. good service, she was really nice and polite, but still I want my paints already!
An email they put out said not to expect them til the first week of May up to May 10th because of the defection batch that they had to get new materials for and redo.
I do think they put a low priority on customer service. If they had thousands of orders I would think they could rehire a few people they laid off to help process them. I also think that their online ordering system could have been better. Those emails from them didn't have a link to their web site! I am sure you will not be stiffed and will get them. I am also waiting and ordered in Feb and I think the money came out of my cc beginning of March.
Nothing for me today either. I live an hour's drive from our PO box in the US. I ordered Feb 19 and was charged on Mar 3. They have no right to keep taking new orders and money from people when they can't even begin to give proper service. I am not in the banking business loaning free money to dysfunctional businesses.:confused: I have run out of patience with them.
I just ordered 14 pots yesterday. How are you supposes to figure the shipping?
I don't mind the wait, it is well worth it since I already have 6 pots and paid full price, not only that but I have a lot of other things I can be working on.
Just my own 2 cents for what it's worth (probably nothing , it's OK!)
Anyway, a company that is going out of business probably has money issues.
If so, companies going out of business don't normally hire new people to help out with finishing up orders.
I do however appreciate the fact that they are willing to fill new orders for customers, even though they are selling at a loss for the company. The price we are paying for the twinklers are not going to pay the bills, believe me.
I work for a small LSS and I know that the markup that an LSS has, does not even start to cover payroll, lease, electricity, garbage, office supplies, advertising, etc, etc.......
There is always a risk to ordering on-line. If I can't afford to take the loss, I don't buy.
it what upsets me a bit, because i ordered beginning of feb., billed feb. 19 and I see people that ordered in march have got their orders before me. And im closer to them ;(
Dear Luminarte customer, we appreciate your order & have received it. You will receive your package within 10 business days. Correct weight & postage will be charged. Orders outside of the USA will receive a confirmation of cost prior to shipping.

Just an FYI....it cost them a lot more to ship my order than they charged for shipping. I appreciate that they honored the original shipping calculation. Well worth the wait! I hope to see them and their product show up again somewhere....Love it!

I'm getting really annoyed...I ordered on Feb 22, was charged on Mar 11 - I called this morning and was told it would be a couple more weeks before my order would ship, and that orders from the first week of March were what was currently shipping. There seems to be many variations of the shipping timeline story being given out. I got the email from 4/13 stating that orders placed Feb - mid March would be shipping in the next 7 days. Well that was 2 weeks ago - and now I've been told that it would be ANOTHER 2 weeks! What gives?!
I love this product and want to give the benefit of the doubt, but I feel like I'm being given the run around. It's leaving a bad taste in my mouth....
I ordered Feb 22, charged March 3 and my sets arrived today.

Mine arrived yesterday. I ordered on February 20 and I think i was charged the first week of March. I received a shipping notice from another company that I also ordered from (2/19) that those had also shipped. I'm anxious to get them so I can order some individual pots in colors that I think I'll use more of.
Just wondering if any of you have noticed a difference in the sets you are receiving. One pot of mine was a gooey consistency rather than being solid.
I too had ordered in early February and emailed and phoned them several times. I finally did receive my order last week. I didn't like it either that my card was charged about one week after I placed the order, but now I am so happy that I received them. The last time I spoke to them I was told that they had received over 1000 orders. After they make the colors they also have to harden. I imagine, that happens after they fill the little containers. It all makes sense, that with so many orders and orders still coming in that it takes time. I assume that they used our money to buy more supplies. All in all I am very happy and I am sure that you all will be very happy when you receive your H2O's. I feel very certain that they will fill all the orders. I think they should have sent out the emails sooner, so that people wouldn't have gotten upset.
Ok, I just got off the phone with their office and now I'm looking at either this week or next week before they can ship out the early March orders. So there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I have faith we can all hang in there if we cling to each other for support!

That is the one positive. Now when they arrive it will almost be like a free gift. It will be so long since I paid for them that it will almost seem like they were free.
Well hopefully now that you have basically reached the end of your patience, they will show up on your doorstep in the next couple of days... I always find that when I have given up on something, it appears the next day or so.. LOL I sometimes think I am being tested... LOL
I will think positive thoughts that your order arrives real soon!!

I e-mailed them and told them to CANCEL my order - I don't like the different stories and if you are going out of business - they should just be selling what they have on hand ( or the ingredients to do so). One e-mail said they got a bad batch of product.
I'm wondering about the "quality" of the product we will receive.....
Oh FYI - This was my first order for H2O's, so my order was starter kits and some radiant rain - I ordered on Feb 15th and my bank acct was charged March 10th!
I e-mailed them and told them to CANCEL my order - I don't like the different stories and if you are going out of business - they should just be selling what they have on hand ( or the ingredients to do so). One e-mail said they got a bad batch of product.

Sorry you felt the need to cancel your order. However, since you've never used them before, you won't know what you're missing. I'm still hanging on waiting. I've been charged almost $300, but haven't gotten anything yet. I guess I just have faith in the company to come through.

I just wanted to tell everyone that Luminarte is the GREATEST! I ordered my Twinkling H2Os on Feb. 14th and my credit card was charged on March 10th! I just received my order around the second week of April! The H2Os are AWESOME...I just love them! For those of you who have ordered and are still waiting for your order....just hang in there! Luminarte is doing all they can to get you your product. It has to be hard working with a limited amount of employees. And the reason they are charging your credit card and it takes so long for your order to arrive is because they need prepayment so they can order the supplies to create your order. Since I have received my 1st order I went ahead and placed a second order. I know it will be a while before it arrives....but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait!
Let's try to give Luminarte a break...I think they are doing everything they can with the man-power that they have! (just my opinion....I think they are awesome and sad they are going out of business)! I sure hope they return to the craft market in the future!

I'm in total agreement! I don't mind at all waiting. I'm excited that I was able to order at these prices! I too think everyone should give them a break and have faith in them!

I absolutely love their product and I'm trying with all my might to give them a break - but it's easier said than done when you've already gotten your order. I ordered mine Feb 22, CC was charged Mar11 (day after yours) and was told the other day that my order was still 2weeks away. Orders are not being fulfilled in the order they were charged. I'm a small business owner and have been for 25 years. To me, this is looking very bad on their customer service front.

Ok so I have the same order date mine was april 22 and my CC was charged the 10th. I am completely out of patience, I sent another email today and I will dispute the charges before my 90 days are up if I do not have them. It does not sit well that people who ordered in March have them and I do not, I did not have a large order. I know they were swamped and I appreciate that, but they should have capped what they would make. Going out of business is no excuse for this kind of service IMHO
There's still hope ladies! I got mine today! It looks like it's all there. My order date was 2-21 and my cc was charged around 3-10. When I called 2 days ago they said this week or next so it may not take as long as they're saying. Tonight I will open up all the pots to make sure they're dry. I need to make a chart now so I will actually use the things.
