I hope they're still accepting orders. I have a bunch of the tiny pots but I'd better order big jars of my favorites. Off to take a mini inventory of my twinklies!
LOL! I already did my inventory sheets on my "Stamp Inventory Spreadsheet"
That still needs a lot of filling in but it is so easy to put my orders in when I do them rather than wait and plus most of the work is already done for me by the order system (quantity, costs, description, product number and picture for the most part)

I must be very virtuous (as in patience is a virtue because I also have a High Hopes order too...)
I ordered on Feb.18,was charged Mar.1 and received my order Apr.13th! Per their email all of the orders were being shipped! I am a very patient person but the waiting for this order did me in!! I will never preorder anything ever again and if a company charges and then sezs it has to be a preorder first, I will dispute the charges right away and cancell the order.
I hope everyone gets their order tomorrow if not I would call them and start the tracking of the order!!!
I just got on the computer and saw the email from them and was going to post it here! I am slow!
My mail just blew and YES I received my order!YEAH!!! I ordered all 7 of the 24packs. I received 5 of the 24 packs and 4 of the 12packs. I believe I recd the right ones.I had printed out the pages of the 24packs so it would be easy to check. The shipping I was charged was $11.45 and the actual shipping on the box was $17.80.
Hope everyone receives theirs today or tomorrow. With NO more waiting!!
I think I covered the rest of your shipping. I'm in Australia and for only 18 small pots of twinklings I was charged $27USD. Still haven't received my order but I'm sure they'll be here soon...
Since we all know that we can't predict USPS delivery, I suggest giving the packages at least through the end of this week for the first expected delivery (those ordered before mid-March) and the rest until the end of next week. Remember, they can't all come at the same time!
If everyone starts calling, it will just delay delivery more!
I have four orders coming, the first placed March 11, so I'm waiting with the rest of you. We just need to realize that it takes awhile for the usps to move packages across the U.S. and no one has control over the post office!

Luminarte suggested the 7 day timeframe so it might be a situation they are working and want to know where they are with their deliveries at that point.
Given they are trying to shut down in the next few weeks I'm probably not going to let this carry on until the end of the week to be honest because then I'm encroaching on the time set aside for the second batch deliveries.
Having worked in an office there is nothing worse than someone ringing last thing on Friday expecting something to be done.
i was charged 2/19 and still nothing. I send htem an email, and its states they were missing an important ingredient to make the paints so that has delayed it even more. she said she will take a look at my order to see.
whats frustrating is that each time I call or email to get a status ,there is always a delay on something., its frustrating a little!
why tell us in a week or two if they still not gonna get here. if my card was charged 2/19, i ordered way beginning of the months, so its a little irritating, still there is nothing I can do, but man!
Dear Customers~
We have an important update on your orders.
If you placed your order from March 1st thru March 31st, your orders have been further delayed. We had a very important ingredient for our manufacturing that was late by 10 days arriving to our plant, which has caused more headaches for you, and us! We are working around the clock to catch up on this delay.
Our tracking systems are on overload as well. If you try to phone the office, you will meet with difficulty getting thru.
E-mail promptness has improved, so that is the best way to get an answer on problems you may have. We want to know if there are any issues with your orders once you receive them.
Again, email [email protected].
If you placed your order in February, and have yet to receive it, give it another few days, then write us at our email so we can make sure it was indeed shipped to you....
Thank you SO much for your patience...
ETA - looks like Martha/Creatingisfun got the same one but just thought I would put it up here in full.
Like Martha, I'm in the February group and today is "deadline" day so fingers crossed they will show up soon.

The Sales are still on, while we finish up our manufacturing for you...if there is a last minute order, please make it now...you will wait 6 weeks for delivery, but at least you will have a wonderful stash of paints!!!
Again, we thank everyone for their support & patience!
wow! I think I am a fairly patient person, and I understand they have been inundated with orders, but I don't think it's reasonable to have to wait 8-9 weeks for items to be sent, and for me being in Canada it will be another week or two for it to get here.
I ordered on February 24, but since they have a policy to contact all out of country orders to confirm the shipping costs, I didn't pay until March 9th (it took some time for them to actually contact me about the shipping costs). Which means, for me, I will have probably waited 12 weeks from order date to delivery date.

I am in exactly the same place, I ordered in Feb and it was mid March by the time they contacted me with shipping costs so does that mean that I am the later date in May? Ihope not as that means I will have waited over 3 months to recieve the product.
As much as I want the items it seems really unreasonable to make people wait that long and to keep moving the dates is getting frustrating. The worst is that it will more than likely take another two to three weeks after that date to recieve the packages in Canada as the email I recieved said they were going to send it US mail.
Oh well I guess I can keep waiting and hope that it comes eventually....
I ordered Feb 22nd and I am in the US-they didn't charge my card until March 10th so it's not just international orders that got delayed in being charged. I did not get anything today and I'm about out of patience.
you ordered about the time they were in the thick of 2000 orders-

Well I didn't get them today and my patiences was running then so I decided to drop a call and The lady who answer my second call.. yes second cause someone on their end hung up the first one... was nice enough to look my order up and let me know it was shipped last friday and she even tracked it for me to let me know when to stalk the mailbox... ok Friday... will have time to work on cleaning my desk and planning some play time.
I'm debating if I should even place an order. Is it being filled in the order received? I want some of their newer colors but some seem to be waiting for months. I've stored my h20's uncapped for a few years now with no problems. I got tired of recapping after every use. I separate them by color families and store them in this small rubbermaid drawer.

I know this is disappointing to everyone but we still need to have patience. I work in production planning/purchasing. Its tough when you get more orders than you expect (or have the capacity for) and you are working with a limited crew and trying to mitigate your liability. Your supply chain is always trying to please you but may not have the product they need to ship to you because you are ordering more raw material than expected. They then decommit when you call looking for it. Then they'll send you 1/2 of what you ordered 10 days later, etc and unfortunately, you cant produce a darn thing until the material shows up. (for example, no material that makes the shimmer or no little pots to put the paints in)
I believe Luminarte has now gone conservative with their projected shipping dates so that we do not have dates that come and go. I give them kudos for trying to keep us informed and for continuing to manufacture so that we all have a chance to get these wonderful paints before they close their doors. I'm sure most of you are like me . . . I bought them because I wanted to finish off my collection and stock up on my favorite colors and the price point was awesome. I would not have had them on order otherwise. Yes . . .I'm excited to get them and wish they were here sooner. I have one of my orders but am waiting for the second. I have faith that it will get here.
I know I have watched reality show "Ace of Cakes" and his supplier for something let him down during a big week rush on when they had like double the cakes to get out etc. AND his supplier probably knew there was a film crew about so would have for the sake of his business done his best to keep a good reputation with the show. So this isn't just something people make up.
In fact its one of those things I keep wondering about another order I have pending with another company. I think we can all appreciate going to the store to get something and it not being there and having to wait for it. I know just last week I went to get my son some trousers and the shops are full of shorts for his age group no trousers whatsoever I guess I should have predicted he would need another pair now etc.
I'm keeping faith with this because even though it has been a while they have tried to keep us in the information loop.
I am on the side of being patient. I AGREE it is SO SO very hard BUT the bottom line is i would NOT have even ordered them if they were not 40% off AND i am MUCH happier to wait rtaher than have them say never mind and refund my money. some h2os later is better than none ever.
and yes the whole supply chain thing is definitely a struggle. as a store owner i deal with it constantly. for example i was one of the first to place my order with ranger for the new alcohol inks. somehow they MISSED me when they sent the first batch out. then it was MONTHS before they got any more together to send out because they have been waiting on the little bottles to fill. i am STILL missing all of the watermelon and aquas and have to wait until they get the bottles. *sigh*
in no way do i think they are going to fail to fill the orders so i am in no fear of losing my money or anything like that and calling them and complaining will not make it go faster either. so i am just patiently waiting and hoping i am able to squeeze in one last order before they shut it down for good.
I agree with the last three posts. Yes, the orders are delayed. Yes, we had to pay in advance. Yes, it's disappointing. But in the long run, the cost savings is well worth the wait. Since my orders were all placed in March. My credit card was charged March 26 for my March 11 order and it looks as though the other three orders were combined into one charge on April 1! I didn't realize I ordered so much!

I too would never have bought them if they weren't on sale - and going out of business. This was always on my "I'll buy them someday" list. I'll get them when I get them and until then, I'll read up on how to use them properly and plan my cards in my head. Hopefully the finished card will resemble what I planned!

I would have bought them regardless. I purchased a couple of pots (2 6-sets) about a year ago at Archiver's and it was love at first site! The out-of-business sale prompted me to buy quite a bit more since I know I'll use this product over and over again.

love your so useable system-I too, hate putting the caps on each time.

yea for me...
I had ordered in Feb and was charged 2-3 weeks later on 3/3 (when I ordered they had about 200 orders-if that lets you know about when)
I am so happy and am very appreciative that they re-made batches so everyone could get what they wanted. Now, on to twinkle tonight!!

I'm with you-I love them and wished I could have bought all the ones I don't have-I know they will last forever. I have been using the same 24 for 2 to 3-1/2 years lol happy to have new colors.

I had to call them yesterday because I am moving next week. I sent a couple of emails to them with no response so I HAD to call them.
I forgot the name of the gal I spoke to (Courtney?) but she said they get at least 100 emails a day and just can't answer them. I can understand that. She took my new address but told me the postal service would have forwarded them to me. I won't worry now..I love my twinkies!

If they're not going to answer their e-mails why did they TELL us to contact them by email if our twinks didn't come by the end of the week? I ordered on Feb. 16 and was billed on Feb. 25. Still nothing.
I'm dying here- my daughters went to a stamp/scrap consignment sale preview tonight-one got 50 h2o pots for $30-I'm so jealous   lol
