If so, what are you doing with them?

I haven't received anything yet. I am really glad for those that have but I am really not understanding how the orders are being processed! It is not by the date the order was placed. People have received theirs that has placed their order after I did by the comments.
I was really wanting to get the H2Os before they were out of business. I am sorry to say I have to dispute the charge on my next bill. I can only dispute a charge on my account within 60 days. My account will be due on the 27th and 5-1 will be 60days! I ordered all 7 of the 24 packs(I was planning on giving the ones I have to my daughter in law). I just can not take a chance on losing(in this economy) $177.45 w/shipping and not receive my order! I will call the company again before my bill is due to see what is happening with my order. I am so hoping I get this order by 4-17!
I hope everyone is having fun their H2Os and have a great and safe Easter!

hi connie - don't lose faith yet! they are *loosely* shipping in the order the order was placed BUT also shipping what they can as fast as they can. meaning smaller orders will go out while bigger orders may take longer to get all the paints together. i do know they had 2 24 packs where the paints did not turn out right and they had to start over.

Thanks cerridwen3301 for the info about the 2-24 packs! I don't know how long it takes the pots to dry before they will package them up. I will give them a call on 4-17 to see what they have to say about my order.
Hope everyone has a safe Easter! Dont eat too much chocolate. I do plan on raiding my grandkids Easter baskets while they are hunting the eggs!HAHAHA

Connie, i wouldnt give up yet. If you ordered that much, I bet you will be one of the last to get them. They have to wait three weeks or something like that for the each paint to dry. So if you ordered all the colors, you will probably be one of the very last. I believe we are getting them according to what we ordered, or what colors we ordered. It is probably the ones drying first, are the ones being sent first.
I plan on raiding my girls baskets, too! Isnt that the fun part of being the parent?

just got this email from them and I hadn't emailed first
Quote: Dearest Customers~
We at LuminArte want to thank you for your patience in receiving your orders.
This is an important update, All orders placed in February thru middle March should be received by you in the next 7 days. If you do not receive your shipment, please email to [email protected] and cc [email protected]. We will track your package at that point.
All orders received Mid-March thru mid April will be shipped within 10 days.
We thank you so much for your support, and we apologize for any confusion and lack of timeliness.
Again, we had a skeleton crew, just enough people to close down the warehouse when we made our announcement to you folks.
Everyone has been working around the clock in order to manufacture and ship your orders! We did not expect this much response.
We will be taking orders over the next couple of weeks...the waiting time should not be very long if you place an order, as things have started to slow down now...
Again, we hope to have our luscious products resurface, with a few NEW ones we have created, that are not even on the market yet... sometime in the future.
There are no guarantees in today's world, as you all know.
We will make sure and keep you updated. If you would like to be kept 'in the loop' make sure and check the box when you order telling us it is okay to email you.
As of today, we have over 1800 people who have either purposely, or by accident opted not to be communicated with. We hope this update reaches everyone who is waiting for an order...
All the best, and again, thank you SO much!

Just wanted to let everyone here know that the order that I placed on February 18th and was charged for on March 2nd, arrived today!
It was a LARGE order, all 168 of the colors. I ordered 7 24 mini pot packages. When I got it I had 4 of the 24 packs but the rest were in 12 pack packages. I "guess" they are all there. I gotta make myself look up the different "kit #'s" I have and see if I ended up with the right paints.
Just to clarify, I got 4 - 24 packs and 6 12-packs (168 mini pots) as opposed to 7 24 packs (168 mini pots)
I was just a little unsettled because I couldn't just check off the item to my invoice since I got them differently than I ordered.
Anyway, today was about 6 weeks down to the day almost from the time they charged my CC. Hope this info helps someone else, they should be coming very soon if you haven't received them already!

I just checked and also received the email from them. Interesting -- maybe not all is lost and their products may come back on the market at a later date. Good news! I'm still very glad I placed my four orders now and got the 40% discount! I haven't received anything yet, but I placed my first order March 11, so I'm not worried! Glad shipments ahve been coming in -- even big ones! Yeah!

Sorry but I knew we had stalkers on this thread  that may not have access to their private email at the moment.
This is good news... Sounds like all the batches are done and they are just processing I just want them soon enough that I can have a play and decide if I need to supplement my order further.

Did you tick the box?
The good thing is that if they don't turn up in the next couple of weeks we ALL then know to contact them.

I just got on the computer and saw the email from them and was going to post it here! I am slow!
My mail just blew and YES I received my order!YEAH!!! I ordered all 7 of the 24packs. I received 5 of the 24 packs and 4 of the 12packs. I believe I recd the right ones.I had printed out the pages of the 24packs so it would be easy to check. The shipping I was charged was $11.45 and the actual shipping on the box was $17.80.
Hope everyone receives theirs today or tomorrow. With NO more waiting!!

steph772 (Stephanie) don't be jealous! I have been married for 32yrs this past Feb. My hubby has always gotten me tools like saws, cordless screwdrivers, hammers etc for our anniversary. You get the picture! Tools he wanted!! Well this year when he asked me what I wanted, I didn't say anything this year. I told him I wanted all of the H2O's and when I told him they where 40% off and all my pouting, He finally gave in!
I already had 30 pots of H2O and I have offered my Daughter In Law the doubles.

seems like you ordered right around the time I did. What all did you order? There has to be something you got holding it up in drying time.

I ordered on March 1, was charged on March 15 and no sign of them so far. How long is it taking for orders to go out and should I be waiting longer as I am in Canada?

No - Thank goodness those are still available. They're made by Jacquard. The H2O's are like a hard cake that you get wet and then paint with. Shimmery though...

does anyone know if any of the colors are duplicated in the sets, I saved the labels from my sets(5) mini pots...so that means there are 23 more sets of mini pots I do not have...that is a lot, or do some of the colors overlap different sets??

I'm not 100% positive but I don't think the same qty/size overlap. To clarify, if you order 6packs of 5gram jars, none of the other 6packs of 5 gram jars will have duplicate colors. But a 12 pack of 5 gram jars is probably two sets of six-packs packaged together so there is a chance of overlap.
I hope that is clear.
And to answer someone else's question there are 168 colors of Twinkling H20s.
Happy Crafting!

There are no repeats of colors in the specific sets but you do need to watch the set numbers when you order. . .Think of each set of 6 as a grouping that never gets broken apart. The colors in 2 sets of 6 will equal a set of 12, 2 sets of 12 equal a set of 24. . . .so if you order 30 pcs by ordering a set of 24 and a set of 6, you need to make sure that the set of 6 is not included in your set of 24. I hope that makes sense. There are truly 168 different colors.

well...my 5 packs of 6 make 30, and the 23 sets I do not have add up to 138, which means 168, but the site says they only have 144 colors....so you can see my confusion, and it doesn't name the colors of the sets on the site (I don't think)

oh the site does break down the colors per kit...so my mistake there
figured it out...they have more than 144 colors...the last 2 kits didn't get on the color chart
