Smile Got Papertrey???

You bet I do! I was a lucky duck today and won the Green Thumb set at the SCS event today in Arlington Heights!
Head on over to Papertrey and check out this FAB new set ... and the FAB new designs in the gallery.
Lisa, Ellen, Heather, Amy, Taylor, Debbie and Nichole have done a stellar job once again this month with their designs. Way to go, girls!!!

Isn't anyone else up stalking the new Papertrey gallery like me?

I don't know if I'll be able to throw away the box that my Green Thumb set came in! So classy looking. Love the label. Nichole even provides a nice cd case for holding the stamps and a tip sheet with the set. WOW.

Order placed at 10:02 p.m. LMBO! I took one look at it and said YES. Plus, I added some breast cancer note cards for my MIL so I got free shipping.

Oooh, it's cute. When I first looked at it, I thought....hmmm. But when I saw the samples, ooooh. I love those strawberries!

I just placed an order with them yesterday, LOL. I didn't realize they issued a new set on the first of the month. I'll have to wait until the next set arrives on May 1. Besides, I have TOTALLY shot my stamping budget for about the next three years, LOL. I've been on vacation this week, and rather than go somewhere, I stayed here (Dallas) and basically visited every stamping-related store in the metroplex! In honor, I've started a new blog so I can review my findings. Details coming soon!

Have fun with the new sets. I expect lots of great cards in the gallery soon! I'll be anxiously awaiting them.

As I understand the Papertrey release system, this April 1st set is sort of a spring special release and they are releasing the regular monthly sets on the 15th of each month... so the next set would be released on April 15th.

I have their first two sets - great quality, thoughtful packaging, and that butterfly set is simply wonderful.

Jeanne, you are brilliant. Thank you for explaining that to me!

By the way, Julie of Papertrey ROCKS THE HOUSE. I e-mailed her late last night and explained my idiocy. Since my order from about 8 hours before had not been packaged up, she allowed me to combine them...so now I will also be getting Green Thumb when my package arrives! Whoot-whoo! I am PUMPED. I'll be stalking the mailman!

I am IGNORING this set! My first Papertrey order just got delivered today (but not home to try it - ugh!) and I have a feeling I'll love it even though I'm not keen on clear stamps. I ordered this set on Friday and they tried to deliver it yesterday, but the apartment people weren't there to pick up the package. The postman delivered it today (according to the tracking). I'm so hoping that the postman did his usual basketball move and chucked the package onto the balcony so I don't have to stalk the apartment people to get the package (they're never in the office). I have to admit, he's a heck of a shot.

You know, I didn't really think much of the Green Thumb set UNTIL I saw the samples. Then I was so sold. I'm now making myself wait until after April 15 so, assuming I like the Ap 15 set (why assume, you know you will), I can order both and get free shipping!

I actually DO have glass patio doors, but the way my balcony is set up and where he must stand to toss those packages, it's nearly impossible for him to really hit the doors (he stands parallel the the doors and is more likely to hit the wall than the doors). However, I do worry about him taking out my plants at times! So far so good though. It's weird too, as he doesn't always leave a note and the FedEx guy has started doing the same thing. Thus, I check my patio daily when I'm expecting a package!

I have the same problem with the Papertrey's gallery - never have been able to view any of the card designs. I don't receive any error message, I don't have a pop-up blocker on and I've checked out all of my internet settings. It's only on the Papertrey's site that I've ever experienced this problem, but according to them, no one else has reported having this difficulty. Anyone have any idea as to what could be preventing us from viewing these cards? Thank you! Laurel

Before I order the "Green Thumb" set, are they going to have another on the 15th? I received the Butterfly Kisses and love them. Very professional. I know I am going to be hooked on these now. Between finding out about these stamps and introduced to the Bella's, my husband won't be able to retire when he wants to, LOL!!! Let me know if there is going to be another set on the 15th so I know whether to wait or not. Thanks Bunches!!!

Do you like the new Faux Ribbon set? I'm in love with all of their stamps but didn't care for the fact that the Seasons Greetings sentiment has an apostrophe in Seasons. It looks like Season's. Is that right? Anyways...I know i'll end up eventually ordering all 4 sets. My favorite is the Green Thumb!

Yikes! I now own them all, just waiting for them to arrive! I also order the Pallette Hybrid in Noir and Burnt Umber. When I ordered the first set it only took 2 days to arrive, so I should be swimming in acrylics really soon! :-)
