Hi. I tried this a few days ago, but I'll try again. I mailed a check to pay
for a years' subscription to the fan gallery. The check was mailed to the
Vancouver address at least eleven days ago. They have to have received
it by now. I am soooo disappointed that I haven't been able to get into
the gallery. When will I hear anything about this? Thanks!

As I posted on your previous thread (which you can access by clicking on your name and then clicking on view all posts), you can email [email protected] to verify that they have received your check. Tracy or Daven will get back to you personally to let you know, and they'll get you all set up. Thank you for your support!

I am a fan club member and could not get in to the galllery yesterday or today. I thought we would not be taken down and refused access if we were a member. Can you please address this? :(
As Daven mentioned, the gallery server is being overhauled during the month of October.
There is going to be some up and and some down time as they do the necessary work.
As Daven stated in his OP, traffic is being restricted in various ways to allow them some room to do the work, but it's not going to guarantee there will not be glitches while they are in there working.

NMartin and kris31, I've checked and everything looks good with your fan club subscriptions; I'm not sure yet why you're having problems. make sure you're logged in when visiting the gallery, and post again if you continue to have issues.

I joined the club months ago and I am having trouble getting in the gallery also. Wondering if there are problems going on there.
I paid for the Fan Club and still can't access the galleries. Is there a better time to try than others? I'm logged in..just not able to navigate.

Gallery's gonna be "wonky" during the server overhaul for everybody, FC and non FC alike.
I couldn't tell you, honestly, if any particular time is better than another? Traffic has been reduced, but it could be that what you're trying to access in particular has been shut down while they tinker on it and will be back up when they can get it back up. . . ?
