Well that is a bummer. When I first started making cards, Basic Grey was so special and I always looked for it first when I went to Hobby Lobby and Michaels!

Basic Grey released this news and my online shoppe sent it out to it's customers. So sad since I have just started batting back into the 12 x 12 again. I love to sand the edges and the colours were much more vibrant that a lot of what I see lately. Oh well another change, just keep plugging along.
According to Scrapbook Update, they are having a warehouse box sale. $125 worth of items for $38. I tried to order, but they don't take paypal and now days with all the credit card breaches, I am not willing to give out so much personal information and my credit card info to a company that is closing their paper business.

Oh gee...this is sad. :( I never like to hear about closings, although the company as a whole isnt. Thanks for the heads up.
I looked at the site and I see the logo and it does say $112 but that is still a good deal....but I have never been one for grab bags which this effectively is.
You can still buy the paper on it's own though as of this moment.
I think that $112 box was a different box with even more product in it. I never bought either. I thought about the cheaper one but I just couldn't justify getting a mystery box. I love a lot of Basic Grey's stuff but I would only want paper and I'd rather choose it than risk getting the collections I don't like.
