If you go to michaels.com you just register and when you're done you don't get sent a coupon, it switches your screen to one that says "coupons" and other things like that. Click on the 40% coupon and you'll get it.

Here's another tip - every time I have bought something at Michael's in the last week, I received a 50% off (one item) coupon good until May 6th...even when I had already used a coupon! There was a stack of the coupons at the register and no one minded if I took a few more...it's printed on the coupon that only one per customer per day is to be used.

I am registered on the site and did not get a coupon. This is what I found when searching for coupon:
Michaels does not have an ad this week. In the meantime, don't forget to visit your local store for special unadvertised sales and clearance items.
When you register, you put the store nearest you....Looks like my store is not offering the coupon.
When I try to open the link provoided here in the thread, it will not open. No coupon for me this week.

I've never seen Penny Black stamps at Michaels, at least here Colorado they don't carry any.

Thanks for the info about the 40% off coupon. I took it and DD with and we were able to purchase my mom's Mother's Day Gift with the 40% off coupon. We bought her a stained glass piece to hang in her garden area, she loves stained glass to this is perfect. This had to be DD's purchase because it says 1 coupon per customer per day.
Then I used the 20% off on silver cardstock that I will need for DS's high school graduation announcements next year. 35 sheets at 20% off is a good deal for me. I also bought a lot of DMC floss, like 100 skeins or so, for a large project I'm working on. I've been a cross stitcher for as long as I've been a stamper so I always need supplies for one or the other craft, LOL!!!
I was a little concerned because some people were saying they couldn't use the internet coupons, but I was happy DD and I didn't have any trouble.
