$10 Crop-A-Dile and Big-Bite at Wal Mart
If anyone is looking for a good deal on a Crop-A-Dile, you might want to check the price at your local Wal Mart. I just bought an original Crop-A-Dile in a carrying case with eyelets for $10 at Wal-Mart. I also bought a pink Big Bite for $10. I probably don't need both, but couldn't pass them up at that price.  |

My DH actually gave me a big bite for my birthday, something I wouldn't have bought for myself, but he couldn't pass up the price either

got mine yesterday morning and couldn't believe it!! I said to my daughter who is 4, I may have to get this... and she replied, "Mom, you don't HAVE to get anything"....made me crack up |

I got a Big Bite at my local WalMart a few weeks ago for $9. Thought maybe I should get one for my mom, too. But the next time I went, they were long gone - a no brainer at that price, eh?

I actually was able to get a pink Big Bite at my Walmart for only $5! It was several months ago, but more recently I was able to get some Martha Stewart punches on clearance. They had sets of two punches (edge punch and matching corner) for only $2 each! I think they may have been marked wrong, though, and not really on clearance, because one of the two sets I bought rang up at $20, but the cashier adjusted it to the price of the lower one without me asking. Now I always check out that section when I go to Walmart.

I went to my local walmart last night and the craft section was so small I couldn't believe it. I was looking for some fabric and instead of the whole long section they had last time (2 weeks ago) they only had about 10 different patterns to choose from.
I asked the girl who was cutting some fabric for a customer where they were moving the craft section too (our walmart is re-organizing the store) and she said that they were eliminating the entire department and it wouldn't be back once they finished the re-organization. :(

This happened to the Wal-Mart closest to my house, very sad to see Wal-Mart get rid of their craft section. I believe that all Wal-Marts will be like mine in the near future...stopped at another one last week and all the fabric was 50% off because they will no longer have fabric. :( The new guy has eliminated over 17,000 items from Wal-Marts stock (saw this on TV about a month ago). |

Anyone looking in Austin Tx - the Walmart at Lakeline Mall has some of the orange Big Bites left - I just picked up a couple and they had 6 left on the shelf...in the scrapbooking aisle next to the food section |

I searched for the Big Bite at my local Wal-Marts last week. I went to the three closest stores with no luck. The last store I went to had one orange Big Bite sitting all by itself in the crafts section & I grabbed it. The smallest eyelet setting doesn't work & tehy don't have a replacement :( I guess I'll write the company to see if they can fix it. Any other ideas?

I picked up a pink $10 Big Bite a few weeks ago in our Walmart in Brunswick GA. They had quite a few then, but like others have already stated, it seems that the craft section is shrinking rapidly.

I didn't notice any at ours, but all of the ribbon was clearanced out for only $1 a spool, even the super wide ribbons. I thought that was pretty sweet but am not thrilled that they seem to be phasing out the craft supplies.
