Gilded Ribbon

Embellish ribbon with foil flakes.
Supplies
- Metallic leafing (Stampin' Up!® Gilded Leafing used here)
- Ribbon (SU Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack used here)
- Double-sided adhesive tape (SU Tear & Tape used here)
- Stiff paintbrush
- Metal stylus or pick tool
- Other supplies as needed to complete the project (SU products used here: Art Gallery stamp set, Merry Merlot and Whisper White cardstock)
Step-by-Step

Step 1
Center adhesive tape on ribbon. Press down firmly to adhere. Remove paper from adhesive.

Step 2
Cover adhesive with a layer of metallic leaf.

Step 3
Use a paintbrush to remove excess bits of leafing.

Step 4
Use a stylus or toothpick for detail cleanup.

Step 5
Use the ribbon to embellish a card or other project.
