Ok, if you know me, you will get a chuckle out of this. My husband asked me, ready for this, lol, if I could make a sympathy card for one of his co-workers. I think I just stood there staring at him for a couple of minutes, duh!
Anyway, this is what I came up with. I used Beate's wonderful weekend sketch found here: Blogs at Splitcoaststampers
The Grasses where stamped and embossed with clear EP. The rest of the scene was done with sponges and by masking certain areas at a time with post it notes.

Wow, Michelle, this is just amazing -- you have outdone yourself here and I am awed! Beautiful scene -- I agree with those that have said it looks like a painting!

At first, I didn't think the whole thing was all done with stamps -- thinking maybe part of it was a stock image. But then I looked closer, and WOW!!!!!! DOUBLE WOW!!!! THIS IS GORGEOUS!

Absolutely lovely! I wish I could stare at my hubby and come up with something like this! Wow! That would be great. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work and also for giving such good details.

Well, this is just magnificent! It indeed looks like a painting. Very peaceful and restful to look at. You've done a beautiful job of this.
