This is my card for SEP07VSNPre1 Pre-VSM challenge which was to create a 45 minute card about something you look forward to when fall arrives.
I love to go sailing with friends, but it is particulary enjoyable in the fall when all of the leaves are changing and the birds are migrating ... the absolute perfect way to spend a gorgeous fall day.
The images were stamped on white and then distressed and sponged with Ranger distress inks to mimic the daisy d's striped paper (gotta have stripes with sailing right??). The striped mat is pierced around the edge. The photo corners are 3/4" squares punched from the roses on another daisy d's DP. Since I didn't have a smaller square punch for the center, I trimmed them free-hand.

Great background paper and the image is wonderful.
