Jeanne is our hostess with super fun colors - Bermuda Bay, Flirty Flamingo and So Saffron. Dessert=balloons
Inspired by one of my favorite movies ‘UP’, this card is to celebrate my parents move to their new home next week.
It first started out as shock & disbelief as they were informed last November, their homestead would be purchased and acquired in order for a new business to move in. The business, Foxconn, is buying 2,000 acres to build a humongous manufacturing site. Most of the property is precious farmland but will also displace 200 homeowners.
Needless to say, this situation has been very stressful and emotional for all involved. After weeks of negotiating, my parents have accepted an offer of mutual agreement. (My dad has been known as “Wheelin’ Dealin’ Willie” for as long as I can remember!! Lol
The silver lining in all this for my parents, is that they found a beautiful home with very little upkeep and the best part is that itÂ’s 2 blocks from my aunt & uncle and much closer to church, shopping and doctors. Yeah! Things ARE looking UP!
My card has balloons both outside and inside the card... after all, one can never have to many balloons to celebrate an epic event! And plenty of room inside the card for a personal message.

What a great card for your parents. We love that movie. Especially because of Mr. Fredrickson, which is my dad's name (and mine pre-marriage).
