Today's theme is - the beautiful poppy. I used a paper from a new stack. Stamped the words and cut into a banner, adding a bow.
When I saw the challenge I had to smile - in our village we are making poppies from recycled bottles. They will be painted red, and will flood the grassy banks, gardens and fences to commemorate 100 years since The Armistice in 1918. We have cut over 2000 poppies so far .... many more to go!

Wow, what a sight that will be, Sandie! I do hope you'll share photos! What a stunning card you've created by letting that DP shine. And I really love that fantastic sentiment.

Your card is stunning ~ such beautiful paper and the frame and banner are so meticulously done (as always). I sure would love to see your village all decked out with the poppies that are being made to celebrate Armistice Day!
