This is for Cathy's wonderful Sketch Challenge. I used an image and sentiment left from a card kit that I received in a swap many years ago. Both are heat embossed in black. Last weekend, I organized what's left of my retired papers. I've been working on using it up in last couple of years. I thought this paper would look nice with a big pink chocolate kiss for Valentine's Day. The white scallops are on the edge of the card front; the brown paper strip underneath is on the inside edge. I added a sentiment to the layout. My DD and I LOVE chocolate; I think she will enjoy this card for Valentine's, given with a bag of chocolate kisses, of course. I hope you will join the Sketch Challenge this week. TFL

Yes, the best thing next to me is chocolate. I want it next to me all the time! Your card is really fun. I love the big chocolate kiss image! Your papers are all great with it, too.

Oh my, this is so fabulous Diane! I would never have made this Hershey kiss pink and it looks incredible in pink. As soon as I saw this card, I ran with my laptop downstairs to show it to my hubby and we both burst out laughing. There is a back story. Our first date was January 17, 1985. On that same day during my lunch I had walked to a department store and bought a 1 pound bag of Hershey kisses. I put the bag in my purse and forgot all about them. Fast forward to later that day on our first date we are finishing up dinner at a wonderful new Mexican restaurant in town. I open my purse and the bag of Hershey kisses exploded all over the table because my purse was barely big enough to hold that size bag of candy. I was so embarrassed I almost ran out of the restaurant. So, that is why DH and I got such a wonderful chuckle out of your fabulous card Diane. Needless to say, I never bought another bag of Hershey Kisses ever again. But the paper kind are wonderful! Fun memory indeed! ~Karen.
