The Friday Free For All Challenge (F4A394 - Inspired by the 70's! - 9/8/17) was to make a card harkening back to the 1970's.
I took a mental stroll down memory lane and fondly recalled the bright lime green/electric blue down vest I proudly wore my freshman year at Montana State University in 1972-73. I remember how cool it was to be wearing the latest, with-it colors...I even used fabric paints to decorate a blue paisley bandana with hot pink, lime green, electric orange and yell-out-loud yellow...I LOVED that kerchief and yes, I STILL have it and use it as a hanky. Colors are still vibrant after all these years and I smile every time I use it!
This card harkens back to those wild and bright clear pastels of the early 1970's. And that daisy cut out die reminded me of the flower shapes that were so predominant then. Added lots of colored bling to give it a bit a sparkle and to carry the eye from the die cut floral image to the sentiment.
Thanks to swinging by to see my 1970's Daisy bouquet card!

So 70's Susy:-) I was married with 3 kids by then, so too busy to get too much into the 70's. I was still fond of the late 50's early 60's. I did have a pair of bell bottom slacks that I really liked:-)
TFS your memory lane story and creative and fun card. Hugs...
