The F4A challenge today is to make a 70's card and the mix is read (red), black and white. My black embossing doesn't look great. I used my embossing buddy and a dryer sheet. I still have lots of stray embossing powder on my paper. I was having the same problem with the guitar and I decided not to emboss it. The I put Silver Smooch on the stars on the sentiment and added a little glitter over it.
My inspiration came from thinking of all the fab music from this era and groovin' to the music.

Your guitar in red and black took me back to 1973 and sneaking into a basement bar that was off campus at my college. I was only 17 and looked like I was 12, but the bouncer at the door let me enter. Ha...I spent the night drinking Coke and looking cool in my new elephant leg denim jeans....the bar was dark, just like your card background and the guitars were wild electric! Thanks for sharing this fun take on the 70's!
Wow! Shirley this looks amazing!!! Love the guitar surrounded by red! Fun sentiment too! I really do need to get a guitar stamp as I have a rocker now too!

This card does INDEED ROCK, and so do YOU for designing such a cool card! Love the red, black and pop of white together and the stars, some "bling" with the glittery touch, along with your tilted panels make your card a SUPERSTAR - great for a teen!!
