Karen is our hostess this week and she has chosen: powder pink, sweet sugarplum, mint macaron, very vanilla, and for dessert: pearls. I subbed sweet blush for powder pink. I thought these colors would make for a pretty wedding card.
On a piece of ivory cs the same size as my card front I stamped the double and triple stamped flowers and leaves that you see mostly on the left side of the card. I did some masking as I went. I fussy cut this panel around the curved border of the flower spray and set aside. On the card front I stamped the sentiment in chocolate chip ink, and then added a bit more floral stamping on the borders. Then I added my fussy cut panel to the card front with dimensional tape, which gives the card a great dimensional look. I added a sprinkling of pearls, which I had colored with a light pink copic marker (amazingly, this worked!!)

Maura, your card is outstanding, and I love how you use the peony stamp set. You always produce such remarkable cards with the set. The left panel on this card that you stamped and fussy cut is splendid, and popping it up for dimension adds so much to the card. Another masterpiece, friend!!
