Thank goodness for CAS day! I slept in (until 6:30) this morning, because I went to Connecticut to see Queen with Adam Lambert last night. What a great show! I had no idea who Adam Lambert was, but he was so fabulously flamboyant, and made a really good substitute for Freddie Mercury. Meanwhile, Brian May is just the coolest, so it was a great time.
So here is my CAS card which I planned in my head while I was driving home from CT at midnight last night. This is my favorite sentiment for a friendship card and it can be paired with so many great images, but I felt like using this cute little hedgie. Very lightly colored to really keep the CAS design. I really like a good one layer CAS card, so I guess I need days like this every so often.

Aw, what an adorable friendship card. And yes, yes it does take a long time to grow an old friend. This sweet little hedgy image really projects the sentiment. Lovely CAS card.

My daughter saw that concert in Phoenix a few weeks ago and was totally stoked about it! Love your little hedgie (send him over to play with mine) and the great sentiment to go with it.

Oh, lucky you seeing that concert - how fun! One of the few seasons I watched American Idol was the one Adam Lambert was on and I was SO ticked he came in second! He is such a talented performer.
It's nice to see that sweet hedgie in the gallery, I should dust mine off. Love that sentiment
